On December 11th, Hunan Changsha County Environmental Protection Bureau released the “Publication of Hunan Longfa Packing Co., Ltd. to process 200,000 square meters of carton printing renovation and expansion project before the examination and approval”, with a total investment of 5 million, of which environmental protection investment accounted for 7.8%. It covers an area of 3,000 square meters.

Project Overview

Hunan Longfa Packing Co., Ltd. plans to invest 5 million yuan to build an annual processing of 200,000 square meters of carton printing and expansion project in Teli Village, Jiangbei Town, Changsha County, Hunan Province. The process flow is cutting, printing, slotting and die cutting. , binding, bonding, inspection and packaging. The total investment of the project is 5 million, including 390,000 environmental protection investment, accounting for 7.8% of the total investment. Covers an area of 3,000 square meters.

Environmental impact of the project and measures to prevent negative impacts

(1) Atmospheric environment

The organic waste gas collecting hood collected by the ink printing process of this project is treated with “photocatalytic oxidation + activated carbon adsorption” exhaust gas treatment equipment and then discharged to the roof of the workshop. The height of the exhaust cylinder is 15 meters; the ink printing workshop enhances ventilation. The emission concentration of VOCs in this project meets the concentration limit requirements of Hunan Provincial Local Standard “Discharge Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds in Printing Industry” (DB43/1357-2017). It has little effect on the surrounding atmospheric environment and sensitive targets. The canteen fume relies on the existing engineering lampblack purifier to process high-altitude emissions, which has less impact on the atmospheric environment. Cutting dust dust is provided by the ventilation of the plant to set up the exhaust fan without tissue emission, and the surrounding environment has less impact.

(2) Water environment

The wastewater of this project is mainly domestic wastewater, canteen wastewater, ground cleaning sewage and washing wastewater. The project washing wastewater is intended to be treated by the 9m3/d scale sewage treatment equipment after the treatment of the washing wastewater, and is not discharged. The waste water in the canteen of the factory is treated by the grease trap and the domestic sewage is treated by the septic tank. Together with the ground cleaning sewage, it is treated by the existing buried sewage treatment system to reach the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). After the standard, it will flow into the 30m3 reservoir on the south side of the plant. It will be used as glue for water production, partial evaporation, and the remaining part will not be discharged. The waste water can be disposed of reasonably. After the regional drainage network is perfected, it will be discharged into the corresponding sewage treatment plant. ,Discharge. Therefore, the wastewater generated by this project will not have a significant impact on the surrounding environment.

(3) Acoustic environment

The noise level of the main noise source of this project is 60-95dB(A), and comprehensive measures such as equipment damping, plant sound insulation and distance attenuation are adopted. According to the noise prediction results, the noise during the operation period of the project can meet the industrial environment boundary environment. The Noise Emission Standard (GB12348-2008) Class 2 standard has little impact on the acoustic environment around the project.

(4) Solid waste

The solid waste generated by this project mainly includes domestic garbage and solid waste, and solid waste includes general solid waste and dangerous solid waste. The domestic garbage of this project is collected and disposed by the sanitation department. The waste scraps generated during the die cutting process and the waste paper boxes produced by the inspection process are collected and recycled by the material company. The hazardous waste generated by the project is mainly : Waste ink drums, waste printing plates, wiping printing plates and printing machines, waste ink rags, gloves, sludge, waste activated carbon, etc., which are generated during the printing process, are temporarily stored in danger after being collected by classification. Waste temporary storage is handled by units with hazardous waste treatment qualifications.

In summary, all types of waste generated by the whole plant can be safely and properly disposed of, and have little impact on the environment.
