The Heidelberg printing press was introduced to China in the mid-to-late 1980s. Production operators should be familiar with the role of parts in various parts, better learn to use it, maintain it, and make it a sophisticated equipment of "quality, high yield, low consumption".
(1) The function and performance of the delivery tray
When the printing equipment is in normal operation, the delivery trays are received by the mechanical transmission operation law, and each print is received from the large teeth of the drum and transferred to the next large drum. Since it is driven by a multi-toothed bite transmission, the transmission is very compact and the reception is accurate. It is a key component for reliable travel transmission. Once the receiving tooth row is loose and misplaced, it will directly affect the normal operation of the receiving tooth row. The teeth are too large or too small, and even some of the teeth are not at all. Will make the paper not connect, resulting in paper drop, rubberization and various adverse consequences, affecting the quality of the product and the overprinting of the printed product. If the tooth row is too tight, there will be a serious tearing of the paper. Therefore, the more advanced the equipment, the more it should improve the skill level and professionalism of the production operators. The production should not be blindly pursued, and the equipment should be over-expanded. It is a short-term effect, and shortening the service life of printing equipment should be done on the qualified rate of printed products. This is an effective way.
(2) Correct scientific use of the receiving paper row
Due to the wide printing specifications of Heidelberg printing presses, four open, eight open and sixteen open. There are many types of papers to be printed, such as single copper, double copper, offset paper and card paper. This requires the production operator to adjust the use of the delivery tray according to different specifications and different papers. Generally, the printing plate is centered, and the central portion of the receiving paper row is more easily damaged. Therefore, the operator is reminded to observe the change of the receiving seat of the receiving paper. If it is found that the grinding is thin and the steel sheet is damaged, it should be replaced in time. However, some operators have trouble with sticky tape, which is wrong, and the work attitude is not strict. It is necessary to know that once the scotch tape is peeled off and laminated on the printing plate, the consequences are self-evident.
After each production of a print, be sure to check for changes in the row of teeth. Then use the paper strip to check whether the bite force of the tooth holder is consistent. Only after unification, can the paper be received all the time. If the big teeth are tight, the paper transmission skew will occur.
(3) Discrimination and cause of abnormal work of the delivery tray
1. Usually, before the production operation, you should carefully consider the handover record, first jog and then drive the slow train. If there is no abnormality, the normal speed can be run. Every day, when you are in the production, you can check whether the automatic parking device of the device is sensitive and effective. The operator is very aware that the automatic parking does not work or fails, it means that the equipment can not automatically stop immediately when the paper feeding and paper feeding are not accurate, and the receiving paper row can not be protected.
2. The printing cylinder should not be too thick in the lining, and generally cannot be higher than the roller holder. Be sure to wrap the drum paper when changing it so that the paper feed tray and the delivery paper are at the same angle when transporting the paper. It will not cause the receiving tooth row to be hit, which will hinder the regular operation of the tooth row.
3. The device encountered a solid version when printing a large number of sheets of paper. At this time, the receiving tooth row has a relatively large bearing capacity, and the tension of the tooth row must be adjusted, and the paper pressing bar is also added to make the large paper fall smoothly and neatly on the delivery table.
4. When the equipment is in normal operation, the printing speed is relatively high. At this point, the machine assistant should immediately turn on the automatic lifting table because the lifting table is two switches. If only the paper is opened and the paper is lowered, it is very likely that the paper will be damaged. The consequences are serious.
5. The Heidelberg press has two pairs of delivery dies, which work closely together. Once there is a faulty tooth row, you need to stop the car immediately to check, which is the problem with which tooth is discharged, and repair it after diagnosis.
6. Generally, large-scale printing companies have a two-hour maintenance equipment time every week, which must be implemented carefully. Carefully clean the paper dust and dust on the paper tray, and loose the ends of the teeth. Then fill the oil.
7. The delivery paper has a problem. When the paper is not rubbed or the paper is skewed, do not blindly tighten the screws of each socket. This will be counterproductive. Should be according to the size of the teeth on each row, the size of the sheet. If you have not seen the product, ask the mechanic to take part in the repair.
