2. Before printing the luminescent ink, it is necessary to print a white pigment ink to make a primer, and then screen printing to cover the luminescent ink. Because white has a reflective effect, the brightness of the light is 100.
3. In the printing, it is found that the plastic ink is dry and easy to seal, affecting the printing quality, and should be added with a slow drying agent.
4. Whether printing white plastic ink or luminescent ink, it is necessary to push from the far side to the back of the bottle and return to the distance from the arms to the far side. The direction of the squeegee should be the same, and the ink covered should be uniform.
5. The amount of ink that is printed on the PVC board depends on the dynamic pressure of the squeegee. The hardness of the scraper is 70~75°, the corners should be vertical and flat, and the length of the scraper should be larger than 2~3cm on both sides of the screen. Scratch angle, pressure and speed should be mastered and necessary adjustments should be made in time.
6. When printing finished products to install aluminum alloy frame or plastic frame, the corners of the frame should be polished to avoid rough and cut hands. At the same time, the angle of the frame should be clamped and not loose. After the installation is completed, the bag must be packed immediately to avoid damage to the surface of the signboard.
