First, the equipment accuracy is reduced
In the post-press processing equipment, the structure of the automatic hot stamping machine and the automatic die-cutting machine are basically the same, mainly divided into three parts: paper feeding, main machine and paper-receiving; the working principle is basically the same, and the main part of controlling the processing precision is left, The right and front gauges, as well as the paper guide system that helps to position the prints.
After a long period of use, the components of the machine are worn out, the accuracy is lowered, and the components of the paper guiding system are also affected. In particular, the machine runs at a high speed and runs continuously for a long time, which damages the gripper teeth and the left and right gauge paper guide springs. In the case of long-term high-speed operation, repeated movement of the teeth and springs will result in higher temperatures and metal fatigue. Second, the machine is not properly adjusted
In the process of hot stamping and die cutting, the crepe paper pressure of the gripper is too small, the paper edge can not be caught, the paper slips during the imprinting; the transfer paper and the cavities are out of adjustment, and the paper feeding system is Some parts are out of tune, so that the paper is not in place or too much, and the excessive force will cause the overprint to be inaccurate. Therefore, when adjusting, pay attention to the pressure of the crepe paper and the amount of crepe paper, especially the pressure of each platen of the paper feeding system. Third, paper deformation
There are two types of paper deformation:
1. Paper cuts are not standardized, with beveled or wavy edges. Therefore, it must be ensured that the cut paper reaches a right angle and a straight edge; do not repeatedly hit the edge of the paper during cutting to avoid wavy paper edges.
2. Paper moisture content is unstable. Mainly in the process of heating, such as UV curing, screen printing drying, hot stamping heating, oil drying, etc., the paper moisture content changes. In order to avoid the paper deformation caused by the change of water content, each process should be handed over in time, the residence time should not be too long, and certain protective measures should be taken to prevent the natural loss of paper moisture, such as protection with a protective film. And keep the workshop temperature, humidity and paper moisture balance. For the loss of paper moisture caused by heating in special processes, the water content of the paper should be restored to the original standard state by adjusting the appropriate amount of temperature and humidity.
