1: Fault Description: Bottom gray.
Fault analysis: caused by the laser being too strong. The system test pattern 2 is divided into standard bottom ash and reverse bottom ash. The bottom ash consistent with the black line is the reverse bottom ash, and the bottom ash which is inconsistent with the black line is the standard bottom ash.
Troubleshooting: If the standard bottom ash appears, turn R41 one turn on the laser drive board counterclockwise. If the reverse bottom ash appears, turn the R41 on the laser driver board clockwise one turn. If the fault persists, repeat the above operation until the fault disappears. If both bottom ash appear at the same time, rotate the R43 on the laser driver board counterclockwise to increase the TP1 voltage on the laser driver board by 0.1 volt.
2: Fault Description: Card
Fault analysis: The cutter assembly is deformed or the film curvature is too large, and the leader is caught between the cutter and the roller.
Troubleshooting: If you use domestic film, replacing imported film will improve. Replace the cutter assembly can be completely solved.
3: Fault Description: The film is not allowed to be in a corner.
Fault analysis: The pressure on the side of the drive unit is not enough, so that the two sides of the film are not tight.
Troubleshooting: Replace the spring pair.
4: Fault description: The two corners of the film are not allowed.
Fault analysis: insufficient winch pressure.
Trouble-shooting: Adjust the tightness of the winch belt: first loosen the drive motor, then loosen the two screws on the fast wheel to make the fast wheel loose, then move the fast wheel backwards to tighten the belt tension between the fast and slow wheels. Lock the two screws on the fast wheel and move the drive motor backwards to tighten the tension between the fast wheel and the drive motor. Immediately fix the drive motor. Use the pressure side tool to measure the tension of the two belts. If not, repeat the above procedure or replace the two belts.
5: Fault Description: The film is not correct
Fault analysis: The laser scan is not in the horizontal direction and the image is diamond shaped.
Trouble shooting: Cut the film into small strips, pad on the side of the optical head, cover the machine, and test the side of the film. If the fault is reduced, add a spacer on the same side until the fault disappears. If the fault is more serious, remove the gasket and place a gasket on the opposite side until the fault disappears.
6: Fault Description: The image is severely shortened in the direction of the film
Fault analysis: In the drive assembly, the gap between the rubber roller and the metal roller is too large, the pressure is too small, and the film is stagnant when the film is discharged, so that the length of the film is shortened.
Troubleshooting: Replace the entire drive assembly.
7: Fault description: The image is elongated in the direction of the film.
Fault Analysis: The drive motor encoder is dusty or scratched.
Trouble shooting: Unpack the rear cover of the machine, remove the two screws on the drive motor fixing plate, take out the drive motor, gently remove the black plastic cover on the motor, and blow the encoder with compressed air. Then put the drive motor back in place, lock it, and take the side test. If the fault still occurs, replace the drive motor.
8: Fault description: system error 1
Fault Analysis: The drive part is rotating too fast. There are three reasons: the motherboard is out of control, the drive motor is faulty, and the encoder is damaged.
Troubleshooting: 1: Clean or replace the drive motor. Two: Replace the drive encoder. Three: Replace the motherboard.
9: Fault phenomenon: system error 2
Fault Analysis: Service Manual Tip: system error 2 is a light source error. Adjusting the voltage of the laser driver board for a long time is unstable.
Troubleshooting: Adjust the laser driver board R33 to make the voltage normal. If it cannot be solved, replace the optical components.
10: Fault phenomenon: automatic cutting machine according to the arrangement machine
Fault analysis: When the photo-aligning machine finishes one color film, it receives a foreign signal and automatically performs the cutting function.
Troubleshooting: First, do a self-test, self-test is normal. Eliminate the failure of the imagesetter itself. Unplug the signal cable connected to the rip, reinstall and relocate after cleaning. If the fault persists, replace the signal cable.
11: Fault phenomenon: the image is all black
Fault analysis: When the photo-aligning machine enters the working state, the laser automatically hits the strongest. When the exposure value is maximum, the image is completely black.
Troubleshooting: Replace the optical components.
12: Fault phenomenon: the camera panel displays “24v”
Fault Analysis: The power supply of the photo machine supplies insufficient power to the motherboard, causing the imagesetter to not work.
Troubleshooting: Refer to the manual to adjust the power supply voltage of the imagesetter or replace the imagesetter.
13: Fault phenomenon: black edge of the image edge
Fault analysis: There is a slight bottom ash, but the self-test is normal.
Troubleshooting: adjust the voltage of the laser driver board R41.
14: Fault phenomenon: the white line in the scanning direction is irregular.
Fault analysis: no laser is emitted at the white line, and the laser signal is unstable.
Troubleshooting: Replace the entire optical assembly.
15: Fault phenomenon: white line in the scanning direction, one every 125mm.
Fault analysis: The circumference of the drive roller shaft is 125mm, the drive encoder rotates concentrically with the roller shaft, and the drive encoder is dusty or scratched.
Troubleshooting: Clean or replace the drive encoder.
