PLOTTER: Startup Failed Photographer failed to start
Solution: Check the error message in the information bar, handle it accordingly, and restart the imagesetter.
PLOTTER: Abort Request is interrupted by imagesetter exposure request
Solution: Check if the connected RIP is correct
Cassette: Media Too Short imagesetter exposure is too short
Solution: Normal prompt, indicating that the exposed file size is less than 450 mm

Solution: Check if there is a filming machine

Solution: Check if there is a film stuck at the cutter, adjust the pressure at the exit of the cassette, and adjust the pressure of the red wheel (200-250 g).
Film at FILM_IN/FILM_OUT There is film in the film path
Solution: Clear the film inside the film (at the exit of the cutter) or the film sensor inside the film is not reset.
No film pulses have no pulse signal
Solution: Reinstall the film and check if the film is reversed. At the same time ensure that the environment is moderate at 55% ± 5%
Media Request Too Long The film is too long
Solution: Check if the file exceeds the maximum exposure size of the imagesetter (838X1117). If it is exceeded, please reduce the file and send it again.
PLOTTER: Last Plot Failed, the last exposure failed
Solution: This error is usually caused by other problems. Please solve other problems (software problems or other), and the corresponding problem will be solved.
Media: Width Exceeded The hairline file is out of film width
Solution: Check if the shipping file exceeds the selected cassette width. If it is exceeded, please select a larger size cassette.
Media: Height Exceeded Hairline file exceeds film height
Solution: Check if the issue file exceeds the maximum exposure length of the film.
Media Expose Size Exceeded file exposure size exceeds maximum exposure range
Solution: Check the file size and adjust it to fit the size.
Roller Stuck at HP/ EP brush wheel stuck at start/stop position
Solution: Check if the image-receiving brush wheel is stuck by the film or the brush wheel belt is broken, whether the start/stop sensor is damaged, etc.
Film stuck in Conveyer film stuck in the imagesetter conveyor
Solution: Pull out the imagesetter conveyor, remove the card film, and restart the imagesetter (if still reporting an error, please check if the film sensor in the conveyor belt is damaged.

Solution: In the tool menu, start the motor with low speed. After successful, restart the imagesetter (if the tool menu cannot start the motor, please turn the motor manually to make it smooth and repeat the above steps), it is still unsuccessful. Please check if the two power fuses on the powerconverter board are shorted.
EP During Plot exposure exceeds film size
Solution: This information is just a reminder that the exposure file is slightly out of range, but still can be exposed normally
Carriage Stuck at HP /EP car stuck at start/stop
Solution: Check if the car is stuck by the film, and at the same time ensure the car start position, the stop bit sensor is normal
Film in drum film inside the drum
Solution: Open the imagesetter, remove the film inside the drum, and restart.
Film stuck at unload film stuck in the lower unit
Solution: Open the film supply unit, clear the card in the lower unit, and restart the imagesetter.
Feed err large / medium / small / upper cst
Solution: Reposition the cassette
No unload device
Solution: Check that the imagesetter is not placed in the cassette
Wait for IN LINE PROC waiting for the film processor
Solution: Check the punching machine, if an error is reported, please clear the error.

Solution: Check if there is a take-up device (film cassette or puncher)
INTERLOCK ACTIVE safety switch trigger
Solution: Check if the three safety switches of the imagesetter are not in place. If not, please handle them accordingly.
