1.SYSTEM ERROR #1
[Fault Description]: The problem of filming
[Formation reasons]: 1. The motor of the film is loose, not accessible; 2. The belt is loose; 3. The motor is bad; 4. The main control board is broken.
[Solution]: 1. Turn on the machine to see if the motor is rotating; 2. If the motor does not turn, check if the motor connection voltage is normal (+24V); 3. If the motor rotates normally, tighten the belt. Report 1# error 80% is due to the loose belt, or a new belt.
2.SYSTEM ERROR #2
[Fault Description]: Laser SOL (line sync) signal is not detected
[Formation reasons]: 1. The laser head is bad, there is no laser signal; 2. The scanning motor does not turn; 3. The SOL sensor position is not suitable; 4. The laser light intensity is weak.
[Solution]: 1. Check the connection on the laser control board, you can use the multimeter to measure one by one; 2. Check whether there is laser at boot, you can put a blank sheet of paper in the position of the laser sensor, boot for about 6-8 seconds There is a red light flashing over; 3. Check if the scanning motor rotates; 4. Check if the SOL sensor is loose and clean the mirror surface; 5. Eliminate the above reasons, the panel displays “SYSTEM ERROR #2/PRESS”. PREV TO RESTAR", after rotating the R33 on the laser control panel counterclockwise about 45 °, press the PREV button to restart until the boot is normal; 6. Replace the main control board.
3.SYSTEM ERROR #3
[Fault Description]: NO ACTIVE VIDEO
[Formation reasons]: 1. The jumper J1 on AD27354 is not installed; 2. There is a problem with the main control board.
[Solution]: 1. Check if jumper J1 is installed; 2. Replace the main control board.
4.SYSTEM ERROR #4
[Fault Description]: The cutter cannot work
[Formation reasons]: 1. Card; 2. The cutter does not work; 3. The fixed cutter pulley is loose; 4. The Sensor has a problem.
[Solution]: 1. Check whether the card, general #4 error is caused by this; 2. Check the cutter motor, Sensor connection; 3. Check if the cutter is loose
5.SYSTEM ERROR #5
[Fault Description]: Lazy Loop Failed ring failure
[Formation reasons]: 1. The ring encoder is invalid; 2. The main control board has a problem.
[Solution]: 1. Check the cable connection and power supply; 2. Replace the ring encoder; 3. Replace the main control board.
6.SYSTEM ERROR #7
[Fault Description]: The first/tail punching device gives an error.
[Formation reasons]: 1. The connection is loose; 2. The first/tail hole is broken; 3. The main control board has a problem; 4. The reset sensor is invalid or improperly adjusted.
[Solution]: 1. Check the connection and power supply; 2. The puncher needs lubrication; 3. Replace the punching device; 4. Replace the main control board.
7.SYSTEM ERROR #8
[Fault Description]: PINCH is not reset
[Formation reasons]: 1. The connection is loose; 2. The PINCH MORTOR is bad; 3. The PINCH sensor and the disc are not in the proper position.
[Solution]: 1. Check the connection; 2. Check if there is 15V voltage on the PINCH MORTOR; 3. Adjust the position of the Sensor and the disc.
8.SYSTEM ERROR #9
[Fault Description]: SPINNER CONFIDEUCE TEST FAILURE scan test failed
[Formation reasons]: 1. Connection loose; 2. Insufficient voltage (scan motor voltage should be +24V); 3. Motor control board is bad; 4. Scan motor is bad.
[Solution]: 1. Check the main control board, scan motor control board, scan motor connection; 2. Check whether the 24V voltage is normal; 3. Check the scanning control board fixing screws to check whether the control board has short circuit; 4. Replace Motor control board; 5. Replace the scanning motor.
