When using a small offset printing machine, the following defects were found, which affected the quality of printed products:
(1) The water is slightly larger, and the ink color becomes shallower immediately; on the contrary, the ink color becomes darker at once, and the ink balance is difficult to grasp.
(2) In order to control the dirtyness of the layout, it is often the case that the water is large and the ink is large, the ink is easily emulsified, and the edges of the printed characters are embossed.
(3) When the water rollers are used for a long time, the thickness and unevenness appear, resulting in uneven water in the longitudinal direction of the layout. As a result, the ink color of the printed products is uneven or even dirty.
In view of the above situation, the ink and ink were combined into one ink and ink by a YPIA3 type small offset printing machine during the overhaul, and the above-mentioned deficiencies were completely solved by the good use effect. The specific method is: using the original water bucket roller, water transfer roller, water roller, add a cashmere water roller, and then arrange according to Figure 2 assembly.
This small renovation has less money and obvious effect, which greatly improves the use value of this old model and is worth learning.
