The Roland two-color machine is used to print 128g/m2 coated paper, one color is printed in blue, one color is printed in magenta, and both colors have large solid areas. The two-color machine calibration is much more difficult than the monochrome machine calibration. The monochrome machine calibration error can be corrected by the front gauge within one line and two lines, but the two-color machine cannot, regardless of the first line, two lines, or even a few lines. To be corrected by borrowing. Due to the influence of many factors in printing, even if the printing plate is corrected, it is difficult to remain the same. Therefore, the school edition should be both careful and in place. First of all, when installing the plate, the clamping screws should be clamped, especially the mouth of the mouth should be tighter to prevent the plate from being retracted during high speed operation; after the plate is corrected, the plate puller should be tightened; finally, the top plate screws at both ends should also be tightened. . In addition, the next set of borrowing mechanisms must be locked to prevent the drum from shifting. If you still can't solve the problem, you should find another reason. For high-speed printing, it is not advisable to start the work without the position, which leads to the printing side calibration, especially for the four-color printing with higher printing requirements.
