When the interface of the imagesetter control software Primesetter reports 230 errors: open the side cover of the imagesetter when the air unit error occurs, check whether the water in the filter cup is full in the air filter section. During the restart process, use your fingers to cover the two metal pieces on the filter cup, and the artificial conduction circuit can discharge water, so that it can be normally discharged. In the case that the circuit is still unable to conduct, the solenoid valve may be damaged, and the plastic drain pipe may be pulled out to achieve the purpose of drainage. Since the air entering the mirror of the photo-aligning machine must be dry, if there is too much water vapor in the filter cup, the circuit can not be turned on when there is more water droplets on the wall of the cup, and it can be solved by baking with a household hair dryer for about 2 hours. In view of the 230 errors, we must ensure that the temperature of the photo machine room is between 20 and 24 ° C and the humidity is between 45% and 70%. Long-term no film release can be turned on regularly to achieve drainage.
When the processor control panel reports error 56: Init Cnv (the bridge part is wrong), you can open the Tools Menu under the Primesetter main menu, then open the Service Tools, and then click Restore Configuration. , activate Data*.* to solve.
When the drying part of the photo-aligning machine is damaged due to one side of the motor, the fan cannot be operated, and the continuous high temperature of the heating wire is extremely liable to damage the device or even a flame. If there is no spare motor at hand and the task is urgent, please refer to the relevant circuit diagram, remove the heating roller, and unplug the control circuit of the damaged motor. That is to say, in the case where the problem is dried on one side, the relevant circuit on this side can be cut off and the film can be dried only by the hot air on the other side. The film thus produced is sometimes tidal, and can be dried by taking it for a short time.
