Pay attention to the following issues when checking the pre-press image output:
1. There is no bleeding in the place where bleeding is needed, as well as a monochrome corner.
2. CorelDraw file in the various effects, please separate or index the map before the output, otherwise the result ... is really unpredictable. In addition, the single black (k100) shadow should be turned to four colors (C100M100Y100K100), otherwise the single black shadow will hollow out the other color plates, which will be difficult to read.
3. PageMaker file link map has RGB mode and EPS file with JPEG compression. Both outputs will be black and white. The only solution is to convert the RGB mode to CMYK in Photoshop and convert the JPEG-compressed EPS file to normal ASCII or binary EPS.
4. In CorelDraw, put the PSD format file, please merge its layers first. If the picture in PSD format is rotated, or the TIF picture has extra channels, the picture may be damaged when outputting. The picture should be re-transferred once in CorelDraw.
5. CorelDraw application "pattern fill" (CorelDraw10/11/12 called "pattern fill"), after the rotation or deformation, the pattern cut position will change, please pay attention to the imposition (the solution is to turn the map) .
6. CorelDraw text layout, if the text is copied from WORD or Notepad, you need to remove double-byte spaces (using WORD search / replace), otherwise it is prone to "bad words" and running position.
7. CorelDraw9/10 paragraph text curve skills: draw a rectangle on the paragraph text of the curve to be rotated, press Alt+F3 to bring up the filter dock window, select the "transparency" filter, adjust the "proportion" to 100, Click on "Freeze" (this is the most critical step), "Remove Face", then click on "Apply" and the paragraph text will be converted to Curve.
8, PageMaker, RGB link map, please turn to CMYK, otherwise the output is grayscale.
9. If you use compound fonts in PageMaker and deliver the output center, please indicate the corresponding Chinese and English fonts.
10. The line width is generally not less than 0.076mm (sometimes because of the convenience of the map in CORELDRAW, the default line is changed to 0, the output is forgotten to change back ...). Less than 0.04 mm is basically impossible to print on the plate.
11. Black (K100) default is overprint (except bitmap), if you need overprint, please specify.
12. Word file text is easy to run, please provide samples when issuing.
13. Some fonts will become a "hollow word" after the curve, such as 楷GB_32, imitation Song _GB2312, Han Ding special black Jane, Han Dingmei black Jane, etc., please use with caution. In addition, some English words will be hollowed out after the curve, so be careful.
