How to pass files?

If your file is small, such as a pure vector file, you may of course consider using E-mail to pass it, but if the file includes images, it often reaches 10 to hundreds of megabytes in size, you can choose to use a mobile hard disk, MO CD-R or U disk is passed. Note that if you use a mobile hard disk or a USB flash drive and use a PC platform, be careful not to forget to bring the driver. Because if you use the PC platform's PageMaker 6.0 to output, the output company must have Win98 platform to help and PageMaker 6.0 output, if you use the USB interface, Win98 will not automatically recognize the USB device like Win2000, so bring the driver, if you use Apple platform (usually rare), then do not have to consider this issue, because Apple comes with a driver, but I think in the near future, when the network speed has been greatly improved, you will enjoy the fast and convenient FTP delivery.

How to ensure normal output?

1. Ensure that no erroneous words are at the very least, proof proofing can prevent document errors.

2. To pay attention to the troubles caused by trapping, we must take this into account from the design time to prevent problems.

3. Use the Post<I>script</I> printer to output the test. Generally speaking, there is no error in this step, and there is no problem with your file, because the imagesetter also uses Post<I>script</I>. Format output.

What does the output company do?

It is output into four black and white films by photo-aligning machine, corresponding to four colors of cyan, magenta, yellow and black, respectively, and becomes a negative after washing. The negative plate was used to make a printing plate, and finally printed on the machine. Each sheet of paper passes through at least four groups to obtain a mixed color of four colors, that is, a print of true color is obtained.

What format is the image file used for?

CMYK TIF and CMYK EPS

How to manage fonts?

1. Use Adobe's ATM to support Type1 fonts to be output on non-PS printers.

2. Use the font browsing software to instantly view unloaded font samples.
