1. The ink roller has scratches

(1) The top ink screw is screwed too tightly, and the top ink screw comes out of the ink blade against the ink discharge roller. (2) Foreign objects or burrs on the edge of the front edge of the ink blade scratch the outer circle of the ink roller, and remove or repair foreign objects and burrs on the edge.


2. The ink fountain roller does not rotate

(1) The ink roller shaft ratchet positioning pin becomes loose, the pawl cannot drive the shaft to rotate; (2) the pawl swing rod is broken or damaged, the pawl cannot be driven to swing, and the pawl swing lever should be replaced; (3) the pawl head Fracture, can not get stuck in the ratchet; (4) Both ends of the ink discharge roller are stuck, check both ends of the ink discharge roller and repair.


3. Uneven ink supply

(1) The gap between the ink discharge roller and the ink blade is not evenly adjusted, and the gap between the ink discharge roller and the ink blade should be corrected; (2) The braking force of the brake roller on the transmission surface of the ink discharge roller is too small, and the pressure of the brake spring of the transmission roller of the ink discharge roller is adjusted; (3) The outer circle deformation of the transfer roller and the contact of the ink discharge roller are not uniform, the transfer roller should be replaced; (4) the contact pressure between the transfer roller and the ink discharge roller is improperly adjusted, and the contact pressure between the transfer roller and the discharge roller can be readjusted. .


4. The ink roller cannot be closed

The ink discharge roller pawl control flap is not properly positioned or worn, and the position can be adjusted or the flap replaced.


5. Ink/water can't stop

(1) The ink transfer lever is stuck, cannot rebound, should check and repair the collision block; (2) The circuit of the ink transfer component is faulty, check and repair the circuit; (3) The ink transfer electromagnetic block is faulty, and the inspection is removed. Make it work properly.


6. Uniform ink

(1) If the surface of the roller is worn out due to aging of the roller or poor ink quality, the roller should be replaced; (2) If the pressure between the rollers is improperly adjusted or deformed, the pressure should be adjusted or the roller should be replaced.


7. The printing plate is inconsistent

8. The print is deep before the light or before the light and deep

(1) The contact force between the inking roller and the printing plate and the ink roller is not correct, and the contact force is adjusted; (2) replacing the blanket or the lining; (3) the thickness of the printing plate is uneven, the flatness is poor, and the qualified printing plate is replaced; (4) The roller bearing wears, the deviation value is large, check and replace the bearing; (5) the reversing position of the squeezing roller is not correct, generally the reversing is performed when the roller enters the neutral position; (6) the ink roller bearing is damaged, replace it Bearing; (7) Ink adjustment adjustment, insufficient or excessive ink supply, readjust the ink supply system; (8) Improper ink mixing, high viscosity, re-adjust ink characteristics.


9. Paste

10. Floral failure

11. Printed goods appear on the ink bar
