A second-hand Heidelberg four-color monochrome offset press, printed on the full version will start the ink bar, and the ink color is inconsistent. At first, it was thought that the plate was too heavy by the plate. After inspection, it was found that the pressure of the four plate rollers was suitable (the front three rollers had a width of 4 mm, and the fourth ink roller had a width of 3 m. Then, all the four plate rollers were taken down, and the bearings in the bushings at both ends were inspected. As a result, it was found that the bearings in the three bushings at the flywheel end were worn out, and the needles inside were almost all dropped out. The needle clip and the outer casing are left. However, after all the bearings in the three bushings are replaced, the printing effect has not been improved.

    

Next, all the ink-dispensing rollers and the squeezing rollers were inspected, and it was found that two squeezing rollers had radial runout during operation, but after the bearings were replaced, the effect was not improved.

    

The factors of the ink roller were basically excluded, so the water roller was suspected. First, take two water rollers and take the four ink rollers to the position where they are close to the plate. Let the plate cylinder run for a few weeks. At this time, it is found that the printing plate is not only uniform in ink color, but also has no trace of ink stick. . After further inspection, it was found that the water-splitting steel roller had obvious radial runout, and it was measured by a dial gauge, and its radial runout was as high as 1.02 mm. Finally, loosen the fastening screws at both ends of the water roller to recalibrate, and the fault is finally completely eliminated.
