A 2XJD440A wireless binding linkage line has been used for 5 years. In the production, the clip rail splint screw cutting phenomenon has occurred many times, causing damage to the book holder struts or book holders, which brings a lot of economic losses.


Failure analysis


The book holder of the Z刈D440A wireless binding line is driven by the chain, and the four bearings are used to align with the track. The positioning of the rail clamp and the roller fixed on the rail press and the pressure plate squeeze the arch of the book holder. To make the torsion spring tighten and open the book holder.


Due to the resistance between the book holder shaft and the ratchetless sleeve on the book holder, and the burr on the book holder slider, the M6 X 20 screw on the rail clamp is cut or the track bead is broken. Locking glue was used when installing the hexagonal M6 X 20 screws. Most of the screws could not be withdrawn and only the drilling method could be used. In addition, the hexagonal M6 X 20 screw is made of a hard material, which is prone to deviation after drilling, so that the hole cannot be used, and only one hole can be processed next to it. However, there are many books of the same specifications in the book printing and printing factory. The stress point of the splint is always at a certain fixed position, and finally it is easy to cause the hole to be tapped again, which causes the track to be scrapped.


After the track positioning screw is cut off, the bearing on the rail clamp strip and the book cover body cannot be fitted as required. The book folder opening elbow is large and small, and the wrapped book cannot fall in time; the book to be milled back cannot enter the book normally, affecting Production progress, and when the signature 'catch is serious, it will also damage other parts of the machine.


  Method of exclusion


The most troublesome way to deal with this problem is to replace the problem track. However, this not only has a large workload, but also a large investment, and the problem cannot be solved fundamentally. After analyzing the operation status of the book folder, we believe that the following processing improvements can be made for ten specific problems.


(1) The book holder is on the opening station; the supporting teeth are not retracted in time, so that the book holder shaft cannot be operated, and finally the track screws are cut off.


The solution is to install the original part according to the closed part at the opening part. The working pole and the supporting device of the teeth ensure that the supporting teeth can be opened smoothly without affecting the opening of the book holder. If the teeth are not opened in time (because the installed parts are equipped with a travel switch), stop immediately to ensure safe operation of the equipment.


(2) Some book holders produce burrs due to friction between the book holder shaft and the non-ratchet sleeves: burrs are generated between the book holder slider and the slide;


The solution is to deal with and add lubricating oil in time to eliminate the failure of the book holder itself to open and close, and then adjust the pre-tightening force of the torsion spring on the book holder shaft - this can be avoided. The occurrence of a fault such as the positioning screw is cut off.


(3) Secondary processing can be performed on the hole position to be discarded.


First, the M12X15 screw with a central hole is machined; one end can be processed into a screwdriver to facilitate installation. Then, the original M6 hole was machined into the M12 hole position, and the M12X15 screw was attached to the M12 hole. After the installation is flush, on the upper rail splint, the hole of the φ5.1mm: door is drilled on the screw of the track splint M12X15, the hole of the salt M6 is processed, and the position screw is installed to restore the original hole function. If the screw is cut off accidentally and cannot be removed, the M12 X15 screw should be taken out directly and the spare parts can be loaded normally; the track does not need to be replaced. Through the above three modifications, not only is the use cost lower, but also the machine can be operated safer.
