Beiren P21440B type, the work of the offset press is quite good, but there have been several special faults.


Fault 1 The machine has been in normal use when printing eight printed products; however, when changing to five-time work, the side gauge and the front gauge paper are suddenly appearing; that is, the paper has not yet reached the front gauge, and the side gauge starts to pull. The paper causes the paper to be skewed. This phenomenon indicates that the paper is not pulled by the side gauge or the paper feeding time is late. The cam + which checks the side gauge part and the control time is basically normal, indicating that the fault is caused by the paper feeding late. Is it because the cam that adjusts the paper feeding time is changed due to the loose position of the screw? The cam is located behind the operating surface, check the fastening screw, lock it tightly, and try to loosen the screw to adjust the paper feeding time. Some droughts; but the test paper is turned on, the effect is not large, indicating that the fault location is not here. Opening the side cover of the transmission surface, it was found that the paper transmission belt 0--1250 was seriously worn, - it was suspected to be the reason for the triangle belt. Replace 1 new V-belt and troubleshoot after adjustment. After analysis, it is considered that the fault is caused by the serious wear of the V-belt; the slippage during operation causes the mismatch between the paper feed speed and the running speed of the main engine. When the paper is opened, the paper size is small, and the phenomenon is not obvious, but it is replaced by a large size. When the five papers are opened, they appear.


Fault 2 When the machine prints 80g/m2 paper, wrinkles appear on the side of the drive surface. Check the paper feeding time, side gauge time, point wheel pressure, roller pressure, blanket cushion, no problem, so it is suspected The storage time of the paper is long; the difference between the temperature and humidity of the warehouse and the mouth workshop is large, the paper absorbs water and forms a tiny lotus leaf edge; under the combined pressure state, the amount of expansion and contraction of the paper is different, resulting in wrinkles of the paper. After the paper change, the above phenomenon is improved, but there are still some reasons, and there are other reasons. After eliminating the influence of the above various factors, the roller teeth are inspected and it is found that there are three pieces of force on the side of the transmission surface. When printing, the paper on the side is not tight, resulting in a certain displacement from the mouth to the tip. Due to the local displacement, the entire paper can not be affixed to the impression cylinder in a flat manner, and wrinkles appear during printing. According to the above analysis, after adjusting the force of these three pieces of cavities; troubleshooting.


Fault 3 When printing 40g/m2 paper, printing two or three hundred marks on the printed sheet will appear two layers of floating dirt; and the blanket is covered with dust, and the blanket can be printed several hundred times. This kind of floating dirt is not obvious, it is difficult to find on a single sheet of paper, and only one print can be recognized together. Check that the water roller and the ink roller are all normal, and there is no problem in printing and developing from the plate surface, and the ink is basically balanced from the printing surface during the printing process. According to the analysis, due to the large dust of the paper + the accumulation of the surface of the blanket in the printing, the dust accumulated on the blanket when the paper and the blanket are peeled off, the dust accumulation becomes thicker and thicker as the number of prints increases. There are more and more inks. After reaching a certain amount, it will transfer to the paper; causing the printed matter to hang dirty, so after printing the blanket, hundreds of prints will be reappeared. The problem disappears after replacing the paper.
