1 Security. In the description of almost all equipment in foreign countries, safety will be explained in the first part, which also reflects the people-oriented design idea. It also reminds our operators to pay attention to safety.

1.1 Safety Instructions

Warning: <Warning with rotating rollers, rollers or gear parts>!

The above symbol is to remind that when the expansion cover is opened, some parts of the machine are still rotating, and if the operating regulations are ignored, the person will be injured.

When working at the Feida, pay attention to the moving parts (suction nozzle transfer shaft, etc.). Special care should be taken in the transfer area.

2 Preset Feida, specifically the preset position of each part of Feida

2.1 Air volume control of the suction head

When the suction head valve is closed, the following data is displayed on the pressure gauge on the drive face:

·Standard blowing pressure

About +1.0 bar,

· Standard inspiratory pressure.

About -0.6 bar.

2.2 Front paper

If the front edge of the stack is drooping, you can open the front flap. Use the rotary knob to adjust the air volume.

2.3 paper blowing

The paper separation blower can be adjusted in the following positions:

·Feida stacks on both sides

·Feida paper pile front corner

· Feida paper pile rear edge.

  Setting Options:

· Height: Adjust the embossing nut.

· Adjust the air volume of the valve.

Replace the paper separator

The round paper separator of the rear edge can be replaced with a box type hair dryer;

(1) Hold the hair dryer and unscrew the nut.

(2) Remove the blower.

(3) Insert the paper separator hair dryer: the locking notch needs to face upwards.

(4) Tighten and tighten the nut until the blower is adjusted to the desired height.

Set the amount of air blown:

The air volume of each blower can be adjusted separately by the control knob above the switch.

·Open the hair dryer before running the paper

·Operating surface corner / bevel blow

·Drive surface angle / bevel blow

2.4 Pressing paper feet

(1) Press the paper foot so that the mark on the top is embedded in the end of the support rod.

(2) Set the amount of blown air on the valve.

2.5 after the hair dryer

(1) Adjust the amount of air blown on the air valve.

(2) Adjust the height by adjusting the tightness of the pattern screw.

(3) According to the paper format adjustment: loosen the screws, remove the parts above the support frame, remove the hair dryer from the support rod.

(4) Rotate the blower to the appropriate position of the support rod, put the parts above the support frame back to the original position, and screw the screws.

2.6 paper blowing

(1) Use the adjustment nut to adjust the height of the paper feed blower.

(2) Adjust the direction of the blow so that the blow is just blown under the raised paper until the leading edge of the paper.

(3) Adjust the amount of blowing.

2.7 paper stack rear cover

Handling jams and different thicknesses of paper have different sizes of blanks:

· Jam

· Paper

The distance from the stack to the rear stop should be about 1 mm.

If you need to increase the pressure of the paper jam on the paper jam, just screw the pattern nut up.

The paper support is above the paper.

2.8 paper brush, paper jam and paper sheet

The separation brush/paper separation sheet prevents separation of the paper or simultaneously picks up two sheets of paper.

Paper brush/paper separator

• The paper separation sheet is inserted into the stack from 2 mm to 10 mm.

• Height: 1 to 3 mm directly above the edge of the paper.

▲Note

The separation of the separation nozzle to the stop can not be blocked.

2.9 paper nozzle

Set the paper separator in the press operation

The separation nozzle holds the rear edge of the top sheet of paper and lifts it up, separating it from the other sheets.

·Set the height:

Use the adjustment knob: The paper bounces slightly.

Adjust the tilt angle:

Use the adjustment knob: parallel to the stack.

▲Note

If you pick up two sheets of paper, raise the separation nozzle without reducing the amount of suction.

Depending on the printed material, the suction head is straight, slanted, curved and comes with different types of rubber suction cups.

2.10 Handing mouth

The paper feed nozzle sends out the paper picked up by the paper suction nozzle. The same suction cup can be used for the paper feed nozzle or for the paper suction nozzle.

▲Note

The delivery nozzle is only controlled by suction, so check its operation function frequently. Do not add oil or grease.

Adjust the gap of the paper feeder when the press stops.

(1) Loosen the socket head cap screws.

(2) Adjust the position of the delivery nozzle.

(3) Tighten the hexagon socket head cap screws.

Adjust the height of the paper feeder during operation of the press

Turn the control knob. When the paper suction nozzle is vertically down, the height of the paper should be about 5 mm.

2.12 suction head maintenance

Paper nozzle maintenance

(1) Regularly check if the movement of the separation nozzle is brisk.

(2) Remove the spring if necessary.

(3) Remove the paper suction nozzle for cleaning, but do not add lubricant.

Handle mouth maintenance

(1) Regularly check if the movement of the paper feeder is brisk.

(2) If necessary, loosen the bayonet fastening device (counterclockwise rotation).

(3) Take out the nozzle from the valve body.

(4) Clean the nozzle and valve body, but do not add oil.

Rotary air valve (monthly maintenance)

(1) Loosen the nut of the Feida shroud and remove the shroud.

(2) Loosen the handle nut above the connecting tube and open the handle.

(3) Remove the connecting tube from the support frame (Fig. 17/arrow) and turn it toward the printing machine.

(4) Remove the connecting tube on the paper suction head.

(5) Press the spring lock on the valve body.

(6) Pull the entire rotating valve body out.

(7) Blow the continuous recessed hole and the valve body vent, and clean the vent.

(8) Insert the connecting tube back into place.

(9) Push the outer casing of the rotary valve back into place.

(10) Connect the connecting pipe back to the support frame on the upper edge of the feeder, close the handle, and tighten the nut.

(11) Lower the guard and lock the nut.

3 standard Feida suction head

3.1 Air intake air volume control

When the suction head valve is closed, the following data is displayed on the pressure gauge on the drive face:

·The normal position of the hair dryer

  About +1.0 bar,

·The normal position of the suction

About -0.6 bar.

If the front edge of the stack has a drooping effect, you can open the front paper. Use the rotary knob to adjust the air volume.

3.3 Setting the paper size

(1) Relax the locking lever.

(2) Open the feeder switch.

(3) Jog the press until the platen foot is lowered to the lowest position.

(4) Adjust the horizontal mark on the platen foot to the trailing edge of the stack.

(5) Tighten the lock lever.

Paper head height setting

(1) Use a rotary valve to adjust the stack to 5 mm to 8 mm below the front paper.

3.4 paper corner diagonal blowing

Setting

· Height: Adjust the flower to the collar to adjust the height.

• Spacing: Loosen the locking screw and remove the blower.

Hair adjustment

• Use the rotating twist to adjust the pre-separation blow (drying before the paper is fed).

· Side blow switch:.

3.5 paper blowing

The split paper blower is located at:

·Feida stacks on both sides

·Feida paper pile front corner

·Feida paper pile rear edge

  Setting Options

· Height: Adjust the pattern nut.

· Set the air volume of the valve.

Replace the paper separator

The round paper splitter at the rear edge can be replaced with a box blower:

(1) Hold the hair dryer and unscrew the pattern nut.

(2) Remove the blower.

(3) Insert the paper separator hair dryer: the locking notch needs to face upwards.

(4) Adjust the tightness of the pattern nut until the separation blower is adjusted to the desired height.
