First of all, you must master the correct exposure time. The film of the printing plate we use is generally photodegradable. If the exposure is excessive, the graphic elements will be affected and the service life will be reduced. Under normal circumstances, the four-color color separation film requires 3% of the small dots to not lose, 98% of the dots are not paste; the lines and text are clear, and the version is not lost.
Secondly, the concentration and development time of the printing plate developer should be strictly controlled. Larger concentration or longer time will affect the film surface of the graphic part. The concentration is small or the time is short, the development is not complete, the blank part is easy to be dirty, and the service life of the printing plate is reduced. Therefore, the developer should be prepared in strict accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer, and the protective glue should be wiped at the same time.
Once again, the life of the plate can be extended by baking the plate. After proper baking, the printing film of the printing plate can improve the adhesion, enhance the abrasion resistance and the corrosion resistance, and thus the service life is greatly prolonged. However, it is necessary to master the baking temperature and baking time when baking. It is generally about 200~220°C, about 10~15 minutes, and it can be flexibly controlled according to the temperature resistance of the printing film. If the baking time is too long and the temperature is too high, the printing plate resin film will be baked or the base will be softened, but the life will be reduced.
Fourth, the pressure of the water and the ink roller on the printing plate must be adjusted during printing, and the proper dampening solution should be used to strictly control the ink and water balance. If the pressure of the water and the ink roller on the printing plate is too large, the printing plate will be damaged; if the pH value of the dampening solution is too high, the diazo compound in the graphic part of the printing plate will be dissolved, resulting in incomplete image and printing, which affects the printing quality. If the ink is too thick, the fine particles of the coloring materials, the binder and the rubber in the ink will increase the friction of the printing plate, which will also accelerate the wear of the printing plate; if the layout has too much moisture, it will be used with the weakly acidic water (for The combination of cleaning oil stains also has a corrosive effect on the printing plate.
