During operation, the Heidelberg CD-102 four-color offset press found that the water tank refrigeration system was out of control and could not be cooled by the temperature set by the CP window (no fault display). Open the water tank electrical cabinet check, found that the REL2 and REL4 solid state relay power indicator in the circuit board is off, but the 8KZM relay that controls the compressor is still closed; after the power is turned off, the water tank cooling temperature is reset, the temperature control is normal, but the setting is After the temperature drops to the preset position, the compressor is still working, causing the water refrigeration circulator to freeze and fail to work properly. It has been found that the REL2 and REL4 relays are controlled by a temperature detector next to the compressor, and the 8KZM start relay of the compressor is controlled by the REL2 and REL4 relays, thereby judging that the REL2 and REL4 relay contacts are not returned. The main cause of loss of control of the compressor. So we find a similar relay with reference to the solid state relay parameters. After replacing the relay, the power is checked and the cooling control works normally.
