Hong Jianxiong, Zheng Xiongxiong:

The printing magazine turned to your letter of grievances about the lack of corporate integrity, and it made people sneak a sneak peek.

That is to say, when I read the letter from Mr., I saw that on January 12th, Shanghai Oriental Morning Post published an article titled "The 351 "Escape Boss" unpaid salary of 76 million employees and the salary of 2.1 million employees in Zhejiang." This shows that in the face of the financial crisis, enterprises do not talk about the seriousness of the issue of integrity in the process of delisting.

The monks strongly agree with the view in his letter that the sound development of the economy must be supported by social integrity. The result of shoddy, fake and shoddy, and unwilling to assume social responsibility can only be both harmful and harmful. Because, a society that gradually moves toward rationality will not tolerate the long-standing phenomenon of lack of commercial integrity. It is also difficult to imagine that a company that does not speak with integrity can win the respect and market of society. Based on this, Mr. Luo’s letter to Hong Kong businessman Luo Chongliang greatly appreciated all the debts and the payment of compensation to the workers when he closed the “HuaKang Garment Factory” in Zhongshan, Chung Chung, and he recognized that “his future career development, There is no limit after the financial crisis." Yu Shen has the same feeling. On the contrary, it became the big news in 2008 that the Sanlu milk powder incident occurred in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Because the economic interests of the enterprises were at the forefront and the lives of the people were at risk, the factory eventually collapsed and the operators were taken to court for trial. It is a typical example of the negative side of not doing business honesty and self-sufficiency. It should be taken as a warning.

Looking back on the 30 years of China's reform and opening up, it can be said that it is also a process of propagating social responsibility to enterprises and requiring enterprises to pay attention to integrity construction. In the early days of reform and opening up, the products of Wenzhou area once became synonymous with counterfeit products; before and after joining the WTO, we worked hard on anti-piracy; in a few years, public opinion slammed the phenomenon of malicious debt evasion in society, which is the market economy. The invisible hand spurs the company to gradually embark on the normal business track of focusing on development and innovation, focusing on product quality, establishing brand awareness, and abandoning vicious competition. However, it goes without saying that today, the situation of not doing business integrity still exists. Especially when the company is facing a financial crisis and the living environment is getting more and more difficult, investors are "playing missing", owing wages to escape, and evading the news that enterprises should fulfill their social responsibilities. Their actions threaten the stability of society and should be condemned by public opinion and punished as they should.

Under the conditions of market economy, enterprises are embarking on the evil path of lack of credibility, and the root cause is to drive for the interests. I remember that Karl Marx had a very good metaphor for the profit-seeking nature of capital in his famous book Capital: "Once there is a proper profit, capital will be bold. If there is a 10% profit, it will be used everywhere. With 20% profit, it will be active; if it has 50% profit, it will take risks; for 100% profit, it will dare to trample on all human laws; if it has 300% profit, it will commit any crime. Risk of capitalization. Since the nature of capital is so, in the case of the government’s ineffective measures or disposal methods, as stated in your letter, some “business operators first consider maintaining their own interests. Lazy investors' losses and the lives and deaths of workers, and even some people who use fake means to trick banks and suppliers and manipulate stock prices in the stock market have become inevitable. Newspapers have also reported that some well-known large multinational companies have set up factories in China, do not pay attention to environmental protection, and even endanger the safety of production workers, and have been criticized by the Chinese government. Is it true that these companies from developed countries do not understand this kind of situation? Certainly not, it is also driven by economic interests.

Around the integrity of the company, in the past few years from the government to professional associations should say that they have also done some work. For example, the “Integrity Corporate Declaration” campaign was launched to establish a corporate and even personal integrity file, and the court organized a special enforcement action against the enforcement of judicial decisions. However, I always feel that I have not grasped the crux of the problem. Some phenomena have changed too slowly. Some phenomena have even risen from the previous black-box operation to the point where everyone knows and does not allow you to give in. It can be said that the construction of corporate integrity has reached the point where it is a big punch and a big effort.

The government regulates the interests of all sectors of society by formulating policies, reflecting the value orientation of the government, and explaining what the government is encouraging and what it is. If the policies formulated by the government are separated from the social status quo, the social corruption and injustice cannot be effectively curbed, or the well-intentioned policies cannot be effectively implemented, so that the policy audience can experience social justice, and the final result will affect the sound development of the economy. The British classical economist Adam Smith wrote in The Wealth of Nations: "Business and manufacturing cannot develop for a long time in a country that does not have a certain degree of trust in the government. If there is no formal judicial system, In the country, people have no sense of security about their own property, and they have doubts about whether people can abide by the contract. From this, we can conclude that the key to increasing the integrity of the government lies in the government, and the government should strive to develop the economy. Take out the effective measures in line with the status quo to curb all kinds of non-integrity phenomena that exist objectively in the society and guide the society to go to formality.

Sometimes I even think that the overkill needs to be too positive. When the phenomenon of not being honest is still serious in the society, the crackdown of the government departments must be increased. In any case, our society should not let companies or individuals who use fraud or other improper means be economically cheap, because the objective result of this is to condone non-good faith and use cases to encourage the public to align with backwardness. That is to say, in a recent day, I saw a report saying that a Chinese who had settled in Canada bought two LV packages from France and returned to China. When they entered the customs, they did not report as required, and they were severely punished. Here, what is manifested is the dignity of the law, which is to show the general public what to do and what not to do with very few violations.

Since the reform and opening up, according to the guiding ideology of "ruling the country according to law," our country has adopted a considerable number of laws and regulations. If we not only meet the number of new laws that have been enacted each year, but we have already introduced them seriously but effectively. What really fell is the real thing, and people realize that the power of the sword of Damocles hanging above the head, perhaps the role of laws and regulations will be even greater.

This letter has been written long enough. From the delisting of enterprises, we should pay attention to the integrity and talk about the construction of social integrity in a broader sense. However, there are still some feelings that are still unsatisfactory, so let me have a chance to talk about it later.

In the article "Revolutionary Strategy" published by Mr. Sun Yat-sen in 1912, he highly praised printing. He called it: "Printing to provide people with intellectual knowledge is a need for the modern society. Human beings can't make progress." Is China's printing industry likely to go ahead?
