Shallow printing unevenness is mainly caused by the following reasons:
First, it is a group of knife-shaped unevenness caused by the ink viscosity is too high or the solvent volatilization speed is too fast during the printing process.
Second, the ink viscosity is too low during the printing process, causing the unevenness of the printed matter in the layering process during the lamination process, resulting in uneven printing.
Third, the plate cylinder is rough and has burrs, causing the scraper to be uneven.
Therefore, for shallow uneven printing, the following solutions can be adopted: appropriately reduce the evaporation rate of the solvent, increase the slow drying solvent; appropriately increase the temperature of the printing workshop, lower the temperature of the printing workshop; select the ink and plate cylinder with better quality.
