This value is closely related to the base fabric structure of the blanket, and has an influence on the installation of the blanket, the number of tightening during the printing process, and the thickness variation of the rubber nose.
The breaking strength is expressed in %, and a certain load is reinforced in the longitudinal direction of the test piece of a predetermined size, and is carried out at a certain stretching speed, and the elongation at break of the test piece is measured.
The bond strength between the layers is expressed in N/mm, and the bond strength of each layer of the test article of a predetermined size. This value affects the stability of the print quality and is an important indicator for the surface rubber layer, the top layer base fabric and the air cushion layer at high speed.
