The Primesetter 102 laser imagesetter achieves the digital integration with front-end graphics with its excellent quality. However, it also puts higher requirements on the working environment. The production conditions such as temperature and humidity have a great influence on the normal operation and output quality of the equipment.
1. Long-term operation in a high-humidity environment. When power-on is started, the machine cannot pass the self-test. The error is that the laser mirror cannot be started normally and is irregular. Analysis: The laser mirror of the phototyper is driven by the gas in the vacuum pump to achieve high speed rotation. In the case of a large air humidity, the accumulated water in the "water filter" is increased, and the water is not removed in time, causing the water to clog, causing the air pressure in the vacuum pump to be too low to drive the rotating mirror at a high speed. Solution: Open the left side guard of the imagesetter, check the “water filter”, and short-circuit the water. If the effect is not satisfactory, remove the “water filter”, release the water inside, and blow dry the filter with a hair dryer and reinstall it. The imagesetter starts normally.
2. When using the "Fuji" film with strong sensitivity, after outputting, it is found that there are many black lines along the scanning direction on the film, the length is different, and the position is not fixed. There is no such problem when switching to other brands of film. Analysis: Because "Fuji" film is more sensitive to light than similar films, and there is no quality problem in the photo processor and film, it may be caused by static electricity in the drum inside the photo machine. Solution: On the one hand, pay attention to maintaining the humidity in the room; on the other hand, often use anti-static brush to clean the inner drum surface to ensure no dust or static electricity in the inner drum. After taking the above measures, the "Fuji" film was used again and the output was normal.
3. Dirty dirt is found on the film and can be wiped off with water. Analysis: Check the washing tank of the developing machine, and found that the washing tank has glue-like dirt on the washing roller, and the top cover of the developing machine is well sealed, so it should be a water quality problem. Solution: Purify the water with a filter and then inject it into the washing tank. After the end of the work, clean the sink, inject new water the next day, and insist on cleaning the roller of the developing machine once a week. After using the above method, the output film is effectively ensured to be clean and tidy.
