4. the glue machine
Although the sizing mechanism of the disc pack is simple, the inherent quality of the book's wireless binding depends largely on the mechanism. Generally, the distance between the first rubber wheel and the back of the book is 0.4~ 0.8mm, the distance between the second rubberizing wheel and the back of the book is adjusted between 1.2 and 2.2. If the adjustment distance is too small, the back of the book will be thickened. If the adjustment is too large, the adhesive layer of the book will be too thick, and the quality of the upper cover will be affected. After several years of improvement, the quality of the hot melt adhesive has been guaranteed. As long as the temperature of the glue is controlled as required, its physical properties can be guaranteed. In order to ensure the temperature of the glue, it is better to set up a preheating glue pot to avoid affecting the temperature and melting unevenness in the production process due to the addition of rubber particles directly to the on-machine glue pot.
5. Forming and supporting mechanism
Whether the institution's working status is normal or not plays a major role in the external quality of the book. If the parts are seriously worn, the positioning is offset, and improper adjustment will make the book back slope, round back, spine offset, and thicker side of the spine, which seriously affect the quality of the book.
