It does not use the conventional biaxially oriented polypropylene film (OPP), but the high pressure polyethylene is the main material of the PE film. Because the PE film has good hot melt and plasticity, After a special strong treatment on one side of the PE film, the PE film can be thermally melted on the color printing paper by a glueless laminating machine.
This rubber-free film can withstand creping and does not foam, can withstand temperatures of 20 to 120 ° C, and can withstand rolling, cutting and the like. In the process of non-adhesive coating, a layer of auxiliary material is interposed between the heating roller and the PE film, and the non-adhesive laminating machine is passed together, and the laminating product is removed from the auxiliary material. The same PE film can make a light film, matt or other effects due to the different materials used.
The glue-free coating technology does not require glue, and its advantages are obvious: it greatly reduces the cost; there is no harmful gas that is easy to volatilize and infiltrate in production, ensuring safety; easy to recycle, less waste generated; film used in the technology The thickness is small and requires less pressure during operation.
