Whether the registration of the color report meets the specified accuracy requirements


There are many factors that affect the accuracy of color registration: 

1 whether the film itself can be registered; 

2 whether the registration accuracy can be guaranteed during the imposition; 

3 punching, printing, bending, loading is accurate;

Maintaining the best ink-and-wash balance during the color printing process is crucial for printing the color report. When the ink balance is well controlled, the printed color newspaper can be brightly colored, with good gloss and easy to use. The water and ink print the most beautiful color report; on the contrary, if you ignore this problem, unrestricted increase of ink in the printing process will bring emulsification such as a wide range of ink, newspaper wet and sticky, and title gray, photos Dark and other hazards.


There are two main consequences of the destruction of the ink balance: one is the dirty surface; the other is the excessive water volume. Everyone knows that the newspaper has a dirty hazard. Here we mainly talk about the danger of excessive water.


The surface phenomenon of excessive water volume is that the printed newspaper is gray and the picture is dull. In fact, the excessive damage of ink is also reflected in the following aspects:


1 water will enter the ink fountain along the transfer roller and the squeezing roller, causing a wide range of ink emulsification;

2 will wet the printed sheet, affecting the quality of the newspaper;

3 will make the printed newspaper title gray, the photo is dark;

4 The viscosity of the ink is drastically reduced, causing the floating dirt or causing the ink stick to be transferred to the water bucket, and then flowing back into the water tank, and the flocculated ink particles appear in the water tank for a long time;

5 will produce a lot of acidic water vapor, causing corrosion to the machine.


The impact of equipment maintenance and maintenance on the quality of color printing


In order to achieve the best ink-and-wash balance in printing, in addition to requiring the printing operator to have a strong sense of responsibility in the stand-up, it is also inseparable from the maintenance and maintenance of the usual printing equipment. In the production practice, the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment has a great influence on the ink balance value in printing and even the printing quality of the entire color report. Therefore, in the usual production management, it is usually possible to check the maintenance and maintenance of the machine by the balance of the water and ink in the printing process. The maintenance of the equipment requires the operator to start from the following six aspects.


1. After printing the newspaper of the day, clean all the glue, ink glue and paper roller of the machine.

2. Regularly check the pressure of the water gel and the ink glue. In particular, the pressure of all the rubber rollers must be thoroughly checked during the season change. If it is found that it does not match the specified pressure value, it should be adjusted to the specified value in time.

3. Investigate the problems related to printing equipment reflected in the usual newspapers in a timely manner and resolve them in a timely manner.

4. Regularly measure the concentration of dampening water in the water tank, and require the conductivity value and pH value of the dampening water to reach the standard at the same time (the conductivity value is generally 1000-1400μs, and the pH value is generally 4.8-5.3).

5. Regularly clean the water tank, water bucket, water inlet pipe and return water pipe to remove the dirty blocks among them to prevent dirty blocks from blocking the water bucket and affecting the normal water supply.

6. Check the flatness and resilience of the blanket surface, and check it regularly and replace it in time (double-frame machine should also consider eliminating the gap between the two blankets in time).
