The soft surface hardcover book refers to the new hardcover process which is different from the general hardcover book processing in the cover making process. The book core processing and the nesting processing process are exactly the same as the general hardcover book.
Production process
Book core processing
Folding → Sticking ring lining, single page → matching book → lock line → flattening, bundling → brushing and drying → splitting and cutting → rounding ridges → three sticks (sticking cloth, gauze, book back paper or cheese) paper).
2. Cover processing
Cover (after UV finishing, embossing, etc.) → press line, die-cutting → brush adhesive → fold four sides, paste soft cover.
3. Nesting processing
Coated seam glue → book cover and soft bag cover sleeve → pressure groove → sweeping lining → flattening and setting.

Square back
The size of the book back is based on the actual book back size measured after flattening and bundling. 32 open and 32 open books are 3.0mm, 16 open books are 3.5mm, and eight open and eight open books are 4.0mm.
Due to the overlap behind the book backpack and the occupation of the plug cloth, it is necessary to increase 2.0 mm to 2.5 mm on the left and right sides of the book. The four sides are set to 15mm. If the size is not large enough, the white side can be enlarged.

2. Round back
The size of the book back is measured by the actual book back size measured after flattening and bundling, which is 1.1. The floating mouth of the book with 32 open and 32 open is 3.0mm, and the floating mouth of 16 open books is 3.5mm. The mouth is 4.0mm.
Since the back of the round backpack also has overlap and the cloth is occupied by the cloth, it should be added 2.5mm-3.0mm on the left and right sides of the book, and the four-fold side is set to 15mm. If the size is not large enough, the white side can be enlarged.
