Precautions for second-hand printing equipment inspection


1. Feida part


A. separation nozzle, paper feed nozzle (guide detection);

B. Double controller;

C. Automatic lifting switch (relay standby);

D. Loop the paper and automatically detect it left and right;

E. The composition of the paper feeding belt;

F. Whether the drive direction axis is aging (how is the gap) (two);

G. Choice of air pump (whether original)


2. Paper feeding rules


A. Whether the number of electric eyes is complete, and how effective the test is;

B. The number of front gauges, whether the front tongue is properly adjusted or not;

C. Whether the side gauge work is normal, whether the electric eye detects thick and thin paper, and the pull gauge wind blade should be matched;

D. Transfer paper bite force adjustment (whether thick paper replacement has bad paper, hook paper phenomenon)


3. Roller section


A. Whether the pressure adjustment (state of the pressure gauge) is biased;

B. Is the roller damaged?

C. What kind of lining, plate cylinder, blanket cylinder, etc. (whether or not polyester is used for lining, there should be spare)

D. Operation of the protective cover and safety device;

E. Internal detection of the gearbox;

4. Water roller, ink roller


A. Whether the adjustment by the plate and the water is normal, the distribution should be adjusted by the water roller and the ink roller (the original machine is equipped with the belt);

B. Selection of air compressor, whether the air circuit leaks;

C. Whether the automatic water supply and automatic alcohol ratio are normal;

5. Lubrication part


A. Is the lubrication normal and whether it leaks oil;

B. The oil seal of the ink roller is matched with 50 (25-35-7) (30-40-7);

C. Oil seal strip 30 meters;

D. Gifted imported oil gun, Mobil gear oil, butter, chain oil;

E. Check for any oil wear and tear.


6. Console control


A. Whether the ink path remote control is normal, the display corresponds to whether;

B. The wear of the ink teeth;

C. Whether the ink supply switch is normal (ink roller rotation, ink roller proportional ink transfer, ink volume adjustment switch);

D. The drum registration operation changes, (test whether there is automatic walking phenomenon);

E. Whether the operation control of the water roller is normal, and whether the water volume is easy to control (two water distribution control tables);


7. Receiving part


A. Whether the drying device is suitable for UV glazing (aqueous);

B. The problem of the biting force of the receiving teeth, whether there are dead teeth;

C. Whether there is a dead tooth in the middle of the tooth row (detection of the positioning ball, positioning block, open ball, tooth piece, dental pad, etc.);

D. Whether it is equipped with a pig cage, anti-smashing cloth (requires 8 pieces);

E. Whether the count is accurate;

F. detecting a loop delivery device;

8. Boot test


A. The accuracy of the intermediate transfer tooth row determines the key to overprinting;

B. Is there a phenomenon of deep before and after;
