The best way to print is to use pad printing. However, in the past, the version of the pad printing machine was mostly made of copper plate or steel plate. There are many variables in the plate making process, and quality control is not easy. The plate-making syrup is toxic and affects the ecological environment. The molecular particles of the steel plate are very rough and cannot represent the delicate parts of the image.

Cutting
The cut size must be 2 to 4 cm larger than the required size to protect the image edge area.
Punch
After the cutting, punch holes according to the number of holes required.
Main light
The purpose of the exposure is to harden the resin layer without images and lines by exposure.
Washing
The portion of the plate that has not been hardened by exposure is dissolved and washed away during the process of washing; the printed portion of the depression is the image and line on the film.
Baking
The plate-washing solution that penetrates into the print during the plate-washing process is evaporated during the baking process to restore the plate to a sufficient hardness.
Post exposure
No need to use negatives. The post-exposure treatment increases the hardness and friction resistance of the plate.
