When the machine is in normal printing, due to the failure of the paper feed head, front gauge, pull gauge, paper feeding system and front gauge detection system, several or even a dozen sheets of paper or white cardboard enter the impression cylinder and the blanket cylinder to cause sudden stop. , called a boring car.


    First, the general reason for the paper feed is the following


    1. Between the paper feed head and the paper feed plate, the gap between the paper feed roller and the paper feed roller of the mechanical double-sheet controller is not adjusted. Generally, the paper with a printing paper width of less than 5.5 mm is more than three, and the paper larger than 5.5 mm is three or four. Or the photoelectric double-sheet controller fails and is not adjusted in place, resulting in multiple sheets.


    2. The height adjustment of the front end of the paper feed plate is not suitable, and is generally the thickness of three sheets of printing paper.


    3. Photovoltaic detection failure of the front gauge: When the printing machine is in normal operation, if the paper arrives early, late, skewed, notched, curled, or out of paper, the photoelectric detection immediately commands the front gauge to stop swinging to prevent the paper from entering the drum. At the same time, the paper is swayed, the machine is decelerated, the roller is depressurized, the plate roller is lifted, the water transfer roller, and the ink roller stop swinging. If the electrical control circuit fails, it is easy to roll a stack of paper between the impression cylinder and the blanket cylinder, causing a boring car.


    4. The paper transport operator was away from the job and did not deal with it when the paper was abnormal. This is the most common cause of paper feed.


 5. In the secondary printing, especially the coated paper printing, due to the large amount of ink, although there is dusting treatment, it is easy to cause adhesion, and the operator does not make the loose paper processing when loading paper at the paper feeding, which is easy to cause A stack of adhesive paper is rolled into the machine drum.


    6. The paper feed head and the components are not adjusted well, and the paper feed is abnormal, which is also prone to boring.


    7. Due to the uneven pile of paper, the pieces of plugs and paper strips used for the flat paper piles under the paper pile are not treated in time; at any time, it may be transferred to the front gauge with the paper, and rolled into the drum, causing boring.


    8. Most of the paper-smelling accidents are caused by humans, mainly because the operators are not responsible, work sloppy, and leave the job. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the team.

    1. If the paper is fed less, try to solve it by using the disk.


    2. If there is a lot of paper feeding, only the method of cutting out the combined pressure of the pressing area (lining paper, blanket, rolling paper), first remove the blanket and excess paper and clean it, leaving the pressed area. A combined object. Use a screwdriver to cut the paper and blanket from the pressed area a little. Be careful not to chisel (flower) the surface of the impression cylinder and blanket cylinder, then drive the vehicle and remove the paper.
