QZK series program-controlled paper cutters use hydraulic principle to carry out paper pressing and cutting operations. Due to the pressure wear or fatigue aging of hydraulic components, equipment often has different degrees of oil leakage. For example, early oil leakage problems cannot be obtained. Timely and effective treatment may cause a large amount of oil to leak, causing the pressure of the paper and cutting to drop, causing other equipment failures and causing pollution to the surrounding environment of the equipment.

The following is an analysis of the common situations that cause the problem of draining, and proposes a solution to the problem for reference.

First, The oil hole at the top of the turbine box is drained.

The fuel hole drain at the top of the turbine box is one of the more common drain failures of the QZK series of program-controlled paper cutters. The turbine box is filled with 40# mechanical oil, but the oil from the oil hole is the thinner mechanical oil in the large oil cylinder. The main reason is that the small cylinder “Y” polyester sealing ring wears due to aging, resulting in a lot of pressure. Oil is caused by the small cylinder entering the turbine. The solution is to replace the sealing ring, remove the small oil cylinder inlet pipe, remove the fastening screw between the small oil cylinder and the turbine casing, and then remove the whole small oil cylinder, and then disassemble the small cylinder rear cover and spring to push out the piston. See the damaged seal (the seal has shaft and hole must be separated). When installing the sealing ring, please pay attention to the opening of the sealing ring “Y” toward the oil inlet direction of the oil pipe. Otherwise, the pressure oil may penetrate into the turbine box. It is more convenient to immerse the sealing ring in hot water before installation. In addition, when installing the small cylinder, pay special attention to the flat bearing on the push rod, which can be adhered with grease to prevent it from falling during operation.

Second, the upper part of the large piston drains

When the foot and the two hands start the paper press, the large cylinder piston is forced to rise, and the paper press is lowered to press the paper. At this time, the upper part of the large piston obviously flows out along the piston cylinder. In one case, the upper exhaust screw of the piston is not tightened, and the loose exhaust screw can be tightened. If the above is possible, it is generally that the "O" type seal ring between the piston cap and the piston body is aged and damaged, resulting in the joint surface draining between the two. The solution is to press the platen down when the machine is turned on, and put a suitable wooden block between the top of the platen and the frame so that the platen cannot be lifted when the pedal is relaxed, and the power is turned off. It is separated from the large roller in the platen assembly (if it is not completely detached, the hand is lightly pressed and the piston is lowered). Rotate the top of the piston, remove the gasket, expose the six hexagonal screws that fix the piston cover and the piston, remove the screws, and remove the piston cover to see the "O" seal and replace it. When installing, pay attention to the fact that the six hexagon socket screws that fix the piston cover must be tightened, otherwise the high pressure oil may leak.

Third, the oil pump outlet shaft and the turbine box outlet shaft drain

When the oil pump is working at high pressure, there is sometimes oil leakage at the output shaft. This is caused by damage and aging of the skeleton seal at this place. At this time, the oil pump must be disassembled and the seal ring replaced. The operation method is relatively simple, but The power must be turned off to remove the mechanical oil from the oil sump.

There are two common situations in the turbine shaft discharge. One is that the skeleton seal ring fixed on the worm bearing end cover is damaged or aged, and the oil in the turbine tank flows out along the rotating shaft (the general flow is not large). This will have to replace the seal. The specific method is: turn off the power to place the knife holder at the lowest point, remove the pulley end cover, loosen the retaining washer on the worm and the lock nut, and pull out the pulley assembly. Using the two threaded holes on the clutch, press the edge of the clutch and the spring gland with two pressure plates respectively. After tightening the screw, the spring retaining ring on the worm shaft and the spring gland are disengaged, the spring retaining ring is removed, and then the spring is removed. The frame seal can be replaced by a gland, a clutch disc, and a bearing end cap. In another case, the "O" seal on the small push rod is damaged and the oil in the turbine box flows out of the slot pin along the small push rod. To replace this sealing ring, the operation is complicated. In addition to the above operation of taking out the clutch disc, the other small cylinder must be disassembled to remove the "O" type sealing ring. For installation work, it must be noted that the notch of the slot pin needs to be inserted into the slotted notch of the small push rod.

Due to the anti-aging and wear resistance of the seals in the hydraulic system of domestic equipment under the conditions of pressure and high frequency, it is common to use the equipment after a period of time. In daily maintenance and disassembly work, it is recommended to replace the seals of the relevant parts as early as possible to reduce the risk of oil leakage. At the same time, observe the change of the oil level of the equipment as usual to avoid equipment failure caused by insufficient oil pressure caused by oil leakage.
