Failure is one of the bad factors affecting production, and serious will affect the quality of printed products. In order to reduce the trouble and improve the work efficiency, in addition to the normal maintenance and maintenance of the equipment, the operator must have certain discriminating ability. Some faults can be discerned by sound, and the location, degree, and cause of the fault are judged by abnormal sounds, so that timely measures can be taken to deal with them accordingly.
Here are a few examples of the sounds of common faults:
1. The paper feed nozzle makes a "squeaky" sound
This is caused by the wear of the nozzle during the long-term use, the wear is serious, the suction surface is smooth, or the air path is not smooth, the inhalation is too small, or the paper may be too thick, too slippery, or stuck. Handle according to the situation. Generally, there are the following methods: 1 sleeve rubber ring on the nozzle; 2 wipe the suction surface of the nozzle with a saw blade or sandpaper to increase the friction; 3 clean the fly, dilute the air passage; 4 remove the scale inside the air pump; 5 Relevant processing of the paper.
2. The two nozzles of the separation nozzle have an empty sound.
It may be caused by the following reasons: First, improper adjustment, incorrect suction hole; second, the piston fixed screw automatically moves outward, causing the angle of the two nozzles to change, not parallel with the paper; third, the gas path is blocked, or the wind pump is over small. This is sometimes the case when the blower does not blow the paper or the presser foot presses too much, and the brush stops the paper. Can be handled according to the situation.
3. The drum part emits a "jingle" sound when printing
This sound may be caused by loosening of the plate screws of the plate holder. This is often the case when the two pull screws in the middle of the clip are loose. Stop the screw and tighten it.
4. The upper part of the machine makes a "beep" sound, the faster the sound, the louder the sound
This is because the ink is too sticky, sticky paper powder, too much paper, and accumulated in the ink roller. Clean the ink roller and wipe the paper wool on the heavy roller with a cloth.
5. The separation nozzle emits a "squeak" sound
This situation is purely a suction hole. A small screwdriver can be used to extend into the suction hole, and the suction hole is positively aligned to make it conform to the nozzle link.
6. The motor makes a "shock" sound
Once this sound appears, the motor shaft and cymbal are severely worn. Stop immediately and look for electricians and maintenance personnel.
7. There is a "click" sound in the shield inside the shield.
This is the resonance phenomenon that occurs when the machine is running. As a result, the large tension spring of the pendulum swings sharply. The guard is struck, and the speed can be properly adjusted, and the sound disappears.
8. There is a serious squeaking noise in the teeth.
If the sound continues to appear after the power is turned on, it can be stopped and then tried again. This sound is still present and the tooth is not rubbed, causing the paper to enter the drum inertia. This is a problem with the dental shaft. Stop the hand and move the shaft head by hand, and feel the shaking, indicating that the shaft of the pendulum is worn seriously and there is a gap between the sleeve and the sleeve. Replace and repair it.
9. The electromagnetic iron has a continuous "beep" sound, but the paper pile does not rise.
There are many reasons for this. For example, if the electrical appliance is faulty, the connection of the electromagnetic iron wick is broken, or the mechanical part is turned up, etc., this fault will occur, and the problem should be dealt with.
10. The sudden appearance of the squeaking sound of the Feida
This sound is most easily discernible, that is, the mouthpiece is disconnected from the blowpipe, and the operator only needs to quickly insert the mouthpiece into the blowpipe.
11. The flying motor magnet does not suck, the sound is not
Stack the paper and try to open the feeder. If the above situation occurs again, the travel switch on the presser foot is broken and you can replace it. If it is in poor contact, it will be treated separately.
12. When the operation is turned on, the motor will scream and the machine will not turn.
Explain that the brake is working, you can reverse the machine and then run it, it will be normal.
13. The wind pump suddenly makes a harsh "click" sound
Generally, the hair is too small, and it is not in harmony with the inhalation. Quickly adjust the wind pump knob to restore the normal state.
14. When the side gauge rises and falls, it makes a "squeaky" sound.
There are two reasons for this. One is that the pressure regulating spring of the side gauge is too tight; the other is that the eccentric roller is in contact with the lowest point of the cam when the paper pulling roller is dropped, and the rhythm becomes long, so that a rattling sound is generated. Adjust according to the situation.
15. After the paper is stopped, the paper feeding parts such as Feida and the belt pulley are all required to move, and the sound is “squeaky” at random.
This is the separation of the Feida parts is not complete, that is, the top spring is too tight. Loosen the top spring fixing screw and loosen the top spring a little.
16. The undulating roller is too large to make a "plop" sound.
This is a low adjustment of the water roller frame on both sides. Tighten the top screws on both sides and re-adjust the water roller pressure.
