Post-press processing technology - hot stamping

Hot stamping, also known as "hot stamping". A printing decoration process. The metal plate is heated, foiled, and the gold text or pattern is embossed on the print. With the rapid development of hot stamping foil and packaging industry, the application of anodized aluminum hot stamping is becoming more and more extensive. Anodized aluminum is available in a variety of colors, the common ones are gold, silver, red, black and other colors.

Such as: book cover bronzing, gift box bronzing, cigarettes, wine, clothing trademarks and box bronzing, greeting cards, invitations, pen bronzing, etc., its color and pattern are many, but also according to specific requirements to customize the special edition. The substrates for hot stamping include general paper, inks such as gold and silver ink, printing paper, plastics (PE, PP, PVC, engineering plastics such as ABS, etc.), leather, wood and other special materials.

Anodized aluminum hot stamping foil mainly uses heating and pressure to transfer the pattern or text to the surface of the hot stamping material. To complete this process, a hot stamping machine, a hot stamping stencil (such as zinc, copper, silicone, etc.) engraved with special words or patterns is required, heated to the required temperature, transferred to the required pressure and maintained for the corresponding time.

The pattern is clear, beautiful, bright and eye-catching, wear-resistant and weather-resistant. On the printed cigarette labels, the application of bronzing process accounts for more than 85%. The gilding on the graphic design can play the role of the finishing touch and highlight the design theme, especially for trademarks and registered names, and the effect is more significant.
