 1. After the book is printed, the color cannot be printed or it is false.

When printing a full-color version, the back color cannot be printed or falsified. This may be caused by excessive addition of dry oil or excessive stacking time of semi-finished products, and the surface of the ink layer is formed into a glassy smooth film and loses its adsorption property. When overprinting ordinary ink on gold and silver inks, it is not only required that the ordinary ink is less sticky, but also requires that it be fixed fast, otherwise it will appear to be unrealized.

2. Color mixing, hair loss, peeling

When the multicolor album is printed, the interval between the front color and the back color is short, and it is usually performed in a "wet and wet" manner. When the viscosity of the latter color ink is greater than the viscosity of the previous color ink, the previous color ink layer is peeled off, and if the paper used is poor, the hair peeling phenomenon may occur. When glazing is on-line, the water-based varnish with a large viscosity will cause a large area of the imprint printed on the aluminum foil to peel off.

3. Scratch and dirty on the back

When printing aluminum foil, the scratches that appear on the delivery tray are usually caused by small and uneven paper. However, other scratches are mostly caused by the movement of the printed product without being completely dried. The back of the printed product is mainly dirty because the surface of the paper is too smooth, the water content of the ink or paper is too large, or because the printed matter is excessively accumulated, it is difficult to obtain oxygen from the air.

4. Other problems caused by drying

(1) Too much dusting

If the water is glazed after printing, too much dusting will make the surface of the printed product rough and not bright, and it will make the printed matter bloom when the film is coated, and the hot stamping will not be hot.

(2) Imprinting is not allowed

With hot air and infrared dried sheets, accurate overprinting is usually not achieved during the second overprint.

(3) Color change in album printing

Whether it is red dry oil or white dry oil, it will affect the original hue of the ink more or less. Consider this when proofing or printing high quality products.
