Phenomenon: A non-printing area absorbs a thin layer of ink, possibly from a dirty version, but is different and can be eliminated without permanent damage to the plate.
Reasons and measures:
1. The ink is too thin and the viscosity is low: no additives are added, and the ink is directly used;
2. There is detergent left on the water roller: carefully wash the water roller;
3. Residual cleaning agent on the ink roller: After using the recovery agent, carefully wash the ink roller with warm water;
4. Plate too: increase the amount of dampening solution;
5. There is airflow when drying the plate: close the doors and windows to avoid airflow;
6. There is a heat source near the printing machine: remove the heat source;
7. Excessive water on the roller and emulsification of the ink on the used roller: reduce the amount of dampening solution; add new ink;
8. There are gold and copper residues on the roller: carefully clean the ink roller;
9. Corrosive agent and acid damage the ink roller: clean the ink roller with a recovery agent and warm water;
10. The dampening solution is used for too long: clean the dampening solution system and use fresh dampening solution.
