Every printing company starts with saving raw materials, and the imposition process is no exception. The old film base is often used repeatedly. There is a lot of dirt on the base, especially the residue left by the summer tape, which is a headache for the operator. If the treatment is not good, the photosensitive layer will be prevented from being completely exposed during printing, and sometimes it will stick to the bottom surface of the glass plate of the upper frame of the printing machine, and a lot of dust will be attached, which will affect the complete exposure of the photosensitive layer in the next printing. If it is not a graphic part, it can be treated with a decontamination agent; if it is a graphic part, it is a troublesome thing. If you use it, wipe off the residue left by the adhesive tape (there is no residue). Prevent the complete exposure of the photosensitive layer, which is reversed to the surface of the PS plate), and then rub it repeatedly with the finger on the developer. It needs to be wiped several times to re-develop the photosensitive layer covered by the residue. Repair the knife to repair or scrap the entire plate. Because the alcohol is pure and contains a certain amount of water, the dirt is easy to wipe off after being absorbed by water, and the alcohol is also volatilized. Faster, after the dirty, the film base can be used very quickly;
(2) Try to be as careful as possible when uncovering the film. If it is processed at that time, it will not be left for later processing. If the film is not used, it should be packed in paper bags to avoid contact with dirt to protect the film base. For your next use.
