In order to eliminate the hidden dangers of equipment accidents in time, each equipment should be inspected regularly. Check the content according to different equipment to develop different projects, one by one. Inspections can be divided into weekly inspections, weekly inspections, and semi-annual inspections according to actual needs. In particular, critical inspections should be carried out on key parts to eliminate potential accidents and ensure safety.


(1) Inspection per shift. The shift record should be checked in detail when each shift is taken to understand the operation of the previous shift. Before starting the machine, it should be inspected in detail, such as observing whether there are any foreign objects in the machine, whether there are any parts damaged or rolled, whether the air compressor has been drained, the air pressure of the air pump, and whether the fuel tank is short of oil. When driving, first drive the car a few times before driving, first slowly and then gradually increase speed and constant speed. Pay attention to "listen", "touch", and "check" when running. Listen to the machine running sound is normal, with or without screaming, friction, impact sound; touch the temperature of the machine, such as touching the motor surface, roller bearing seat, etc., feel the temperature is normal; check the machine operation, such as the current meter current is normal Value, whether the air pressure reaches the standard, whether the temperature of the glue pot is up to standard, and whether the product is qualified or not. As long as abnormalities are found, stop immediately to find out the cause, promptly eliminate it, and report to the person in charge in time.


(2) Weekly inspection. The general printing factory has to leave half a day to check the equipment carefully every week. Weekly checks can include the following:


1) Check the paper feeder chain, sprocket, universal joint shaft, key pin working condition, and lubricate the universal joint shaft ball part.


2) Check the working condition of the paper feeding tape, the tape roller, the tensioning wheel and the platen roller.


3) Check the double control, front gauge control, safety bar and paper stack upper limit components.


4) Check the tightness of the motor V-belt and adjust it. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced.


5) Check the electromagnetic clutch and brake pads, test their braking performance, clean and refuel.


6) Check the tightness of the delivery chain, sprocket, tooth row, paper machine, etc.


7) Check the wear of the oscillating device, the paper feed roller, the nip roller shaft of the impression cylinder, the bearing, the paper creator and the shaft end bearing. Adjust the pressure of the gripper and adjust the transfer relationship of the transfer paper.


8) Fastener inspection, such as printing roller thrust bearing nut should be locked, the top wire should be fastened, the swinging cam connecting rod screw should be tightened, and the bolts, keys and pin tightness of each series swinging mechanism should be checked.


9) Check the wear condition of the water bucket roller, ink fountain roller, pendulum frame and lock nut and its beating condition, check and adjust the tension of the tension spring.


10) Check whether the radial and axial movement register of the two-color plate cylinder is normal. Check the worm wheel fastening bolt, the worm end nut and the bearing for looseness, adjust and replace.


11) Electrical safety inspection, such as safety device sensitivity check, photoelectric eye, sensor working condition check, electrical button, especially emergency lock button reaction speed check, indicator light, signal light, work light working condition check.


12) Airway waterway inspection. Such as checking its pressure, leakage, cleaning and filtering.
