First of all, the billet is heated to more than 1100 °C by a step-type heating furnace, and the heated billet is discharged, subjected to high-pressure water descaling, and rolled into a rough rolling mill. The roughing mill is a hot rolling mill, and the rolling after rough rolling The parts enter the water cooling section to cool down to control its internal metallurgical structure, leave the water cooling section and enter the middle rolling mill and finishing mill for further rolling.
Then, the finished rolling stock is discharged from the laying head to form a coil shape, and the coiled wire is cooled and cooled in the air cooling section. At the end of the air cooling section, the wire is wound into a roll shape by a collector, and is rolled into a roll. The rod-shaped wire rods are fed into the baler and bound to the finished product warehouse.
