For models such as ROLAND-REKORD (Roland off two-color machine), in order to reduce the length of the drum shaft head and reduce the torque received by the drum during rotation, the transmission gear is placed on the journal between the inner side of the transmission surface and the drum body. The drive gear must be removed after the wall panel has been disassembled. Regardless of the type of machine, the drum itself needs to be repaired, and the wall panel must be disassembled to lift the drum. This work is complicated, the workload is large, and the difficulty is large. It must be under the guidance of experienced senior mechanics. Many people assisted in the completion of the cooperation. The author has participated in the large-scale maintenance work of many different types of lithographic offset presses. Now I will introduce the basic steps and methods that should be followed to remove the wallboard and the hanging drum.
The methods for removing wall panels and hanging drums are generally as follows:
1. Preparation before disassembly
In addition to the pre-disassembly preparation of general mechanical parts, it should also be equipped with movable (preferably equipped with rollers capable of withstanding high loads) gantry hangers, manual hoists and hooks with pulleys, sleepers for supporting rollers and other parts, Wood wedges, jacks, support frames for machine wall panels (weld steel can be welded according to the length of the wall plate) and other objects.
2. About attachment removal
Take out all the water and the rollers of the inking parts and put them out;
Disconnect the iron bar connected to the main unit from the paper feeder, loosen the screw of the paper feeder, and remove the paper feeder;
Remove the pedals on both sides of the machine; disconnect the air path and remove the front and rear air pumps;
Loosen the tensioning screw of the motor, remove the drive belt, loosen the motor anchor screw, and remove the motor;
Use long sleepers to cushion the paper-receiving parts on both sides of the paper-receiving table to prevent the pick-up parts from tipping over due to changes in the local weight of the machine;
Loosen the water supply of the second color group, and connect the hook of the inking unit to the main unit. After lifting it, lift it up. When placing it, use a suitable sleeper to cushion the bottom of the wall panels on both sides. Be careful not to touch the handle. Gear on the shaft;
Disconnect the chain interface of the chain receiving and squeezing the teeth. Before disconnecting, fix each row of teeth on both sides of the interface to prevent it from slipping freely. Then pull the whole chain out from the end of the delivery unit and remove it.
Disassemble the two pieces of pressure iron connected to the main unit and use the gantry hanger to remove the delivery unit. When placing it, re-stitch the wall panels on both sides of the delivery table;
After draining the lubricating oil in the fuel tanks on both sides of the main unit, remove all the handles, long rods, etc. from the outside of the two sides of the casing, and remove the casing;
Loosen the four screws connected to the main wall panel of the first color group inking unit, and hang the first color group inking unit. When placing it, use a suitable sleeper mat under the wall panels on both sides, so be careful not to break it. a pinion gear meshed by a plate cylinder gear;
The parts on both outer sides of the main wall panel shall be removed according to the principle of assembly and disassembly of general mechanical parts, and all parts shall be dismantled according to the relationship of the parts. Special attention shall be paid to the relative position marks of the parts with transmission relationship, and then placed in the storage tray after being removed.
3. Remove the roller bushing (first end)
Before disassembling the bushing, the drums must be securely grounded at the same time. At the same time, the paper feeds the teeth shaft, the delivery sprocket shaft and a long shaft between the two wall panels, etc., using the prepared sleepers, jacks, one by one. The components are well padded, and the relative positions are fixed, including the upper and lower, left and right positions. There is no slight change in the position of the upper and lower sides, and the hard wedges are prevented from being compressed and deformed, and the hard and hard contact such as the jack head and the drum body are unstable. Wedge the object to be padded, this work must be careful and meticulous. Then, each roller bushing can be separately taken out. If the roller pads are well, the bushing should be taken out easily. During the process of taking, the pipe should be slowly tried, and the padding condition should be checked continuously to prevent the axle from being stuck and the drum axis. Accidents such as damage to other parts caused by deflection and other deformations. After the bushings are removed one by one, the padded drums and other bars should remain stationary.
4. Remove screws and pins
Loosen the large screws that connect the wall panel to the base, and use the nut sleeve tool to remove the pins that are driven into the base from the lower slope of the wall panel.
5. Dismantle the side wall panel
Place the wallboard support frame welded with channel steel in advance on the side of the machine base. It should be the same height as the ground seat. The length should be slightly longer than the length of the wall plate. The support frame should be fixed to the base (welding can be done by electric welding). Live), to prevent it from moving when moving the wall panel, hang the main beam of the gantry hanger on the manual hoist with the pulley hook and push it into the middle of the machine.
After the steel wire rope is passed through the hoist, the wall plate is fastened, so that the upward pulling force of the hoist is as far as possible in the center line of the wall plate, and the plane of the hoist should be ahead of the plane of the wall plate, so that the wire rope has an inclination angle to the moving direction of the wall plate.
Remove the screws connecting the wall panel and the base, and tighten the wire rope, but do not tighten it too much, so as not to hang the wall panel, use the square wood to hit the inner side of the wall panel, and let the wall panel move outwards. Pay attention to the force when hitting evenly. At least three hit points must be used at the same time, especially since the sleeves that oscillate the transfer shaft and the delivery sprocket shaft and the wall plate holes are not removed in advance, and the force is large here, and there should be a hit point in the vicinity.
Repeatedly tightening the steel rope and striking the wall panel outwards, the wall panel will split the horizontal direction of the diagonally pulled steel rope, and in the horizontal direction of the striking force, the slow parallel movement will gradually fall. On the support frame, the force component of the diagonally pulled steel wire in the vertical direction can ensure that the wall plate does not fall over and stabilize the translation.
In order to prevent the bottom surface of the wall panel and the plane of the support frame from being damaged by too much friction during moving, a little butter may be applied to the plane of the support frame in advance.
After the wall panel completely leaves the base and falls on the base, it can be slightly raised by the manual hoist. Lift it with the gantry hanger. Note that the lifting weight of the manual hoist should be much larger than the weight of the wallboard. Fixed to prevent overturning.
6. Lift the roller
After the side wall panels are removed and removed, the work of lifting the drums can be carried out. The lifting drums should be lifted one by one from top to bottom. The method of lifting the drums is roughly the same. Push the gantry hangers to the middle of the machine and use steel. The ropes are hung into the "human" shape to respectively hang the journals at both ends of the drum, and the steel rope is tightened to make the drum axis as horizontal as possible. After the suspension is stabilized, the drum sleeve at the other end is taken out, and the gantry hanger is pushed along the axis of the drum, and the roller shaft head is pushed. Move away from the hole in the wall panel and lift the roller slightly, then push the gantry to lift it out.
When placing the drum, try to use the “v” frame to support the journals at both ends of the drum. After all the drums are lifted off, the remaining wall panel should be properly protected against overturning. The sprocket shaft and other structural long shafts should, in principle, be properly removed to prevent deformation and bending.
