Cleaning blankets is an important part of the printing operator. In printing, especially when the paper quality is poor, the paper has a serious phenomenon of falling and falling of paper, and paper and other debris are accumulated on the blanket, resulting in a deterioration in the quality of the printed matter.
In the past, we used the method of cleaning the blanket to solve it, but it was difficult to clean with only gasoline. It was not only a long time, but also very laborious. There was a thin layer of white on the blanket after cleaning. The glue, the paper wool and the paper powder also have an adhesive component, and the water in the dampening solution is attached to the blanket together with the ink after repeated printing.
After testing, it is difficult to dissolve the glue with only gasoline, so the blanket after washing with gasoline is not very clean. In this case, the measures we take are to first clean the ink on the blanket with gasoline, and rub the glue, paper scraps, paper hair, etc. remaining on the blanket, and then wipe it with a cloth dampened with water. After a while, wait for the water to dissolve the impurities, then wipe with a dry cloth so that the blanket is cleaned.
