(1) Check the surface of the blanket for debris or slag before going to the machine to avoid damage to the surface of the blanket when pressed. Since the blanket is packaged in a roll, it should be laid flat for a period of time so that it can be gradually flattened before it can be used on the machine.


(2) When replacing the blanket, tighten all the screws that fasten the blanket, and ensure that the top is in place. You can observe whether the blanket is in place by tightening the holes of the screws.


(3) When installing the blanket, the captain should check if the blanket is installed correctly and install it according to the operation manual. Once the blanket is not hung in the positioning hole of the drum and is not installed in place, it will cause a large mechanical failure. In general, the new blanket is particularly unsuitable for too tight, because it has good elasticity and is too tight to damage the blanket. How to avoid the blanket being crushed during the printing process


In the offset printing process, the blanket is one of the common faults, so how to avoid the blanket being crushed is essential for improving the production quality and saving the blanket.


(1) The machine personnel adjust the Feida paper to ensure smooth paper feeding and no boring. Because once the air volume of the feeders of the feeders is not adjusted well, it will cause the paper to be skewed, the paper is not smooth, and then the car is boring, and it is easy to crush the blanket. Different thickness of paper, air volume and other adjustment parameters are also different, which requires the machine personnel to continuously summarize the experience in the practice process. An excellent machine personnel can ensure smooth paper feeding and greatly improve the printing production efficiency. At the same time, the blanket is rarely crushed and the blanket is saved.


(2) After a smoldering accident, the machine personnel must find and analyze the cause, and splicing the rotten paper in the machine like “spelling the map” to ensure that all the rotten paper is cleaned up. When encountering a corner or missing a lot, be sure to check for rotten paper at the first color group embossing by clicking the car. This machine personnel must remember, otherwise if the rotten paper is not cleaned, the blanket will be easily crushed when the printing is restarted.


(3) During the paper feeding process, the machine personnel should pay attention to whether the isolation wrapping paper of each bag is cleaned. Since generally large quantities of paper are usually cut without being opened, it is necessary for the machine personnel to take out the isolated wrapping paper when loading the paper. At the same time, when you put on the paper, you should pay attention to whether there is any "suspicious" paper in the pile (or unevenness, or curling), otherwise it will be easy to crush the blanket if it is not taken out. In addition, paper that has been deformed by moisture should be taken out.


(4) In the high-speed printing process, due to the adhesiveness of the blanket and the "separation work" when the ink layer breaks, the surface of the blanket will inevitably gradually gather impurities such as paper dust, fillers and pigments. When the printing surface is inferior in strength, the filler is not well bonded, the paperboard, or the ink with coarse particles, large pigment ratio and uncomfortable viscosity is used to deposit impurities on the surface of the blanket, which affects the normal transfer of the ink layer. It is also possible that the blanket is crushed. Therefore, the blanket must be washed frequently during the printing process, and the accumulated layer on the surface is often removed to achieve uniform ink absorption and ink transfer. Usually, every time about 3,000 sheets are printed, it is necessary to scrub a blanket. In actual operation, the printing effect should be controlled as appropriate to ensure the stability of printing quality.


How to repair and reuse the blanket after being crushed


The crushing of the blanket is divided into three kinds of cases. The following describes how to repair and reuse each case.


(1) One is that the crushing is lighter, and the indentation is lighter and less obvious. In this case, apply a blanket reducer to the crushed area for a few seconds, then wipe it off with a clean cloth. This reducing agent will bulge the area where the blanket is crushed and restore elasticity.


(2) One is that the crushing is relatively heavy, the area is more than 1 square centimeter, and the crushing site is relatively uniform. At this time, use a "drawing map" on the back of the blanket to pad the blanket. First, remove the dragging part of the blanket from the roller, and then push the car to the appropriate part of the crush. Then use a ballpoint pen to draw the contour of the crush on the back of the blanket at the crushed part, and according to experience, it will be less than 60g/ The m2 thin paper (using different thickness papers according to the depth of the crushing) is cut into a crushed shape and attached to the corresponding crushing portion of the blanket, so that the front surface of the blanket is substantially flat.


(3) If the blanket is crushed in the direction of the mouth, the blanket can be installed backwards and used to extend the life of the blanket.


Blanket saving method and incentives


(1) Wiping the blanket frequently, especially when the printing medium has a small four-opening work piece, the rubber cloth is easy to accumulate ink in a slight part, and when the ink is smeared, it must be thoroughly cleaned.


(2) Remove the blanket when there are not many jobs and replace the blanket that was last maintained. Clean the surface of the removed blanket, apply talcum powder or dusting, and lay it flat for a period of time to restore the elasticity of the blanket to extend the life of the blanket to save the blanket.


(3) A large number of blankets are easily damaged during use. It is a pity that a blanket of thousands of yuan is scrapped and thrown away because of a little crush. Cut off the damaged part, leaving a good blanket for a small number of offset presses. This is the best blanket for all sizes. In addition, if there is a small dent on the blanket, as long as you try to avoid the graphic part, you can still use it with the disease, which is one of the techniques to extend the life of the blanket.


(4) For each unit that uses the old blanket, fill out the application form and sign it for recording (you also need to fill in the application picking list and sign when using the new blanket). The crew will maintain the blanket once a month, register each time, and reward the end of the month. At the same time, it is reasonable to formulate the method of hooking the output of the blanket and the unit. For example, when a certain amount of output is reached, a new blanket can be used. When the end of the month is assessed, when the blanket is lower than the output, how many pieces can be saved, which can give the crew a certain amount. Cash rewards enable the crew to develop a good habit of saving blankets. If the number of the corresponding blankets is exceeded at the end of the month, it shall be judged according to the reason (the supervisor shall record in time in daily work), and a certain penalty shall be imposed. If the inevitable blanket damage is caused by the material problem, the crew member shall not be deducted.
