The general processing method is to import the file into PageMaker or Founder typesetting system to re-type and then output. This brings a lot of inconvenience to the plate making, and the layout will be out of shape.
How to directly output Word files with Founder RIP? After practice modeling, the following methods can be used:
1. Add a virtual printer. In the computer with Word software installed, select "Printer" under "My Computer", then select "Add Printer", then follow the steps below: "Local Printer" → Manufacturer: Lin-otronic → Printer: Linotronic 530 → Available Port: File creates a file on the disk → sets it as the default printer → does not print the test page → complete. Note: Only files generated by the printer Linotronic530 can be recognized by Founder RIP.
2. Output a Word file. Enter the Word software, open the file to be sent, select the "Print" command, a "Print to File" dialog box will appear, after entering the file name will generate a .prn suffix file, change the .prn suffix file Is the .ps suffix.
