2 delivery transmission instability

When the tail is still printing, the impression cylinder has handed the paper to the delivery line to bite the teeth, because the delivery paper The movement of the teeth with the roller cannot be completely synchronized, especially when the paper picking teeth are separated from the sprocket for linear motion, the speed is significantly reduced, and the printed sheet is not tightly wrapped around the impression cylinder, but the printed paper must be attached. Attached to the rubber roller, the printing is completed, the dry blot is facing the delivery bar, and because the imprinting roller does not bite the paper, it is easy to make the tail of the printed sheet dirty, ghost, wrinkle, roll Glue (the sheet is wound on the rubber roller rotating at high speed under the action of ink adhesion, it is estimated that the maximum adhesion can reach 70kg on the sheet with a width of 700mm), or the tail is not overprinted; the cause of such failure It is very difficult for users to eliminate. The root cause is that the structure of the machine is unreasonable and the rollers are not arranged properly (only on the one hand from the overprinting process);

Exclude:
1A, repair the left and right fixed rails, repair the wear surface, especially the upper and lower dead points of the rail wear the most serious, using the brush plating method on-site operation, and then grinding, convenient and fast, saving labor and materials;
B, replace the needle bearing, size 12X15X10, if not available, can be processed by the roller, the outer round quenching HRc40-45;
C. Mapping and processing sector gears, or replacing spare parts;
D. If the Liao 8 cone pin is found shortly after the break, the shaft is not worn yet, just remove the broken pin and re-enter the new pin positioning; if it is found that the shaft is worn, only the brush is required to be filled. Axis, reaming, can get twice the result with half the effort, avoid troublesome disassembly and installation work, if the bearing fails, domestic 20 bearing can be used instead;

C. The fundamental strategy is to improve the structural design of the printing machine. When the paper-feeding teeth are bitten, only a small part of the paper tail is still in the printing, and the embossing must be completed before the straightening of the paper-feeding teeth. The equal-diameter offset printing machine meets this condition. Of course, the large-scale improvement design only makes sense for the printing machine manufacturer. Moreover, the K series machine is an early product of Heidelberg Company, which is a transitional product when the letterpress is converted to the offset plate, and the structure is limited. It must be done.
3 According to the process requirements and specific conditions, properly adjust the printing pressure, roller lining;

Fault 4: The delivery tray is twisted or broken
the reason:
1 The spring on the paper feed roller fails, the support bar is bent or the delivery tray is broken;
2 The chain is too loose, the teeth of the delivery paper are too large, colliding with other parts, or the chain is broken;
3 break the fixed shaft pin of the delivery line connecting the chain;
Exclude:
1Replace the spring, straighten or replace the receiving paper row, and also can be used for surveying and processing;
2 Adjust the center distance of the sprocket and tighten the chain to lift the height of 30mm on the guide rail. If the chain is seriously worn, it can be replaced.
3 Replace the shaft pin for mapping and processing.
Note: This fault is the most common. Always check the rod springs, axle pins and chains to find problems early and prevent them from happening.
Fault 5: the receiving paper squeegee bite on both sides
Reason: The delivery tray is not parallel to the roller
Exclusion: Loosen the connecting screw between the delivery tray and the chain plate. The large one side of the mouthpiece is moved back and moved backwards to make it parallel to the roller.
Then tighten the screw and the mouth is 4~6mm.
Fault 6: The air pump vibrates violently with periodicity
Cause: The piston end nut of the air pump is loose. After exiting, it hits the inner cylinder head of the air pump.
Exclusion: Disassemble the air pump and tighten the nut.
Fault 7: The paper is not aligned
the reason:
1 side paper is not working properly;
2 improper positioning of the paper opening teeth;
3The humidity is small, the paper is very static, or the paper is too thin;
Exclude:
1A, adjust or replace the spring connected by the cam follower rod, so that the flat paper shaft can be normally driven;
B. Check the contact between the roller of the pendulum rod and the side baffle and adjust it properly;
2 Adjust the cam position (receiving the discharge paper cam) according to the printing speed, the weight of the paper, and other factors.
