    1. The wind turbine motor at the delivery position does not turn, making the paper not close.


     The motor is a DC speed-regulating motor, which is controlled by a speed control circuit board (u33) and a 10K potentiometer. Since the circuit board does not have an internal circuit diagram, it is necessary to first check the external circuit. Check the external input voltage AC 28V normal, 10K speed potentiometer is normal, the circuit board 6 feet, 7 feet without 8-24V DC voltage output, indicating the circuit board failure; check the circuit board, the voltage indication green light is on, the reset button is normal, the fuse inside the fuse The fuse is not broken, the rectifier bridge has voltage input and output, the integrated block LM324, MM74C00J is normal, and then the triode, resistor and capacitor are checked one by one, and the C18 electrolytic capacitor breakdown (6, 8 microfarad, 25V) is found. After replacing with a domestic capacitor (4.7 microfarad, 50V), the output voltage of the test board is normal. After reloading the machine, try again. The motor speed and operation are normal.


     The speed control circuit board has voltage output and voltage adjustable, but the motor does not rotate. Check that the resistance of the motor covered wire is normal, the brush is normal, the relay C21 is normally pulled after the operation is opened, and there is voltage at the motor, but the motor does not rotate. The motor and the reducer were removed, and it was found that the motor was stuck and could not be moved. The motor was found to have one bearing failure. After the new bearing was replaced, the motor was working normally.


    2. The paper gauge does not fall


    When there is paper skew or paper break, the machine slows down and stops the paper, but the paper stop does not fall and does not block the paper, so that the oblique paper enters the machine. There is often a breakdown of the rubber skin. Disassemble a set of machine tools on the operating surface, the lower part has an electromagnet that controls the paper gauge. The resistance value is normal, but there is no voltage. Then there is no voltage at the controller U2. Look for the low-voltage insurance E33 of the transformer. Broken, after the new fuse is replaced, the paper stop is lifted normally.


    3. The third group of water roller motors does not turn


    The motor switch is normal, the control relay D802 is normally pulled, the control circuit pull indicator light is normal, and the DC voltage measured at the motor is only 6V, and there is a sound that does not move. Turning the water roller by hand, the faster the voltage is measured, the higher the voltage measured at the motor, the normal rotation when the motor is removed, but the water roller transmission part has no jamming phenomenon, only the gear gap is found to be large, and the motor torque is suspected to change. Small, the load is getting bigger. Therefore, the fourth group of motors is replaced with the third group of motors (the fourth group of motors is better), the problem is solved, and the work has been normal.
