The gravure oil path plays an important role, and its troubleshooting is more practical. The ideal working condition of the oil circuit is: the oil supply is sufficient and stable, and the parts that need to be lubricated are in normal working condition. Let's analyze the general method of oil path troubleshooting.
1, The oil valve is not working properly.
(1) The internal part of the oil separation valve is blocked and re-cleaned;
(2) The oil quantity of each oil distribution part of the oil distribution valve is not adjusted to the appropriate weight adjustment oil quantity control screw;
(3) Re-install the oil leakage at the oil pipe at both ends of the oil separation valve.
2, return oil tank leakage
Its troubleshooting with the fuel tank
3, the return pipe II is not smooth
(1) The oil return pipe II is blocked and re-cleaned;
(2) The return pipe II position is too high to reinstall
4, fuel tank warm oil
(1) The fuel tank is not sealed well and resealed;
(2) The oil level is too high. Do not refuel when the machine is running, and take out excess oil.
5, the front filter does not pass oil
(1) The filter is clogged and then refilled after cleaning;
(2) The filter is not placed in the fuel tank. Take measures to ensure that the filter is always under the oil surface.
6, the oil system does not refuel
(1) The gap between the teeth of the oil pump is too large to be removed and reinstalled or replaced;
(2) The gap between the two ends of the oil pump is too large to be removed and reinstalled or replaced;
(3) The key connecting the non-rotating gear of the pump to the shaft is not installed;
(4) The oil leakage at the oil pipe joints at both ends of the oil pump is reinstalled.
7, the oil eye does not pass oil
(1) oil eye blockage cleaning oil eye;
(2) Oil leakage at the oil eye and tubing joints is reinstalled.
8, the return pipe I is not smooth
(1) The returning oil eye is not opened and reopened to the oil eye;
(2) The oil eye is blocked and cleaned back to the oil eye.
9, the oil supply pipe II does not pass oil
(1) The oil supply pipe II does not adjust its position relative to the position of the oil eye to make it fit properly;
(2) Other faults of the oil supply pipe II are the same as the oil supply pipe I.
10, after the filter does not pass oil
(1) The surface of the filter is cleaned and refilled;
(2) The internal oil path of the filter is not unblocked and reinstalled.
11, the oil supply pipe I does not pass oil
(1) The oil supply pipe I replaces the oil supply pipe in the gas pipe;
(2) The oil supply pipe I has a hard fold to replace the oil supply pipe;
(3) Reinstall the oil at the joint.
