Our company has commissioned a foreign factory to print a batch of four-color printed five-color work for us. Because it needs to imprint black text on the silver ground, the color sequence is arranged to print silver ink (front and back). Print four-color ink. Since the ink amount of the reverse four-color printing is small, after printing the silver pattern on the front and back sides, the reverse four-color printing is performed, and after drying for several hours, the front surface pattern with a larger amount of ink is printed. However, when the front side pattern is printed, a black strip embossed on a silver solid surface is stuck with silver ink (commonly known as a viscous stamp).
The Outsourcing Factory has adopted a variety of treatment methods and ultimately failed to solve the problem. Considering that the foreign factory has insufficient experience in five-color printing, and the customer's required delivery time is more urgent, and the printed matter does not have enough time to dry, we have purchased an imported impression roller adhesive, commonly known as the rear cannon. Paste, handed over to the outsourcing factory for trial use. The printer operator of the external factory evenly applied the post-cannon paste to the impression cylinder, and the problem of adhesive embossing was solved.
After many trials, it was found that the use of post-cannon paste can easily solve the problem in the case of special paper printing or five-color double-sided printing, which is prone to adhesive embossing.
