For the two or more products, the printing company generally uses two methods in the imposition. If the pattern between the two stitches can be seamlessly connected, you should use a one-size-fits-after-printing method instead of leaving a gap in the middle, because the paper-cut method can save paper and save the application of the mold. Conducive to the scrapping after die cutting, three wins. But if the pattern between the two spells, it is impossible to make a seamless connection. Or because of the shape of the two products, can not be done across the board, then generally between the two products at least 4mm wide row position, and each product must have at least 2mm pattern bleeding.

In summary, the printing plant flexibly and ingeniously spells, which not only saves costs, but also avoids the bad influence caused by the imposition of die-cutting.

The mixing of ink is one of the important links in the printing process. The quality of the ink blending directly affects the quality of the printed product. The following is a little experience of the printing plant on the ink, I hope to discuss with you.

First, when adjusting ink, you must pay attention to: hue, lightness and chroma.

First of all, it is necessary to carefully analyze the original color draft, analyze the original color draft according to the principle of the three primary colors, and determine the color of the main ink of the color draft and the color of the auxiliary ink. In theory, according to the principle of the three primary colors, any complex color can be blended. However, in actual work, it is not enough to use the three primary colors of ink to adjust the color required by the customer. Therefore, in practical applications, it is necessary to use more than ten kinds of inks such as deep yellow, medium yellow, light yellow, dark blue, medium blue, light blue, light blue, deep red, red, orange red, light red, green ink to meet the requirements of use.

Secondly, after the hue is adjusted, when the brightness is adjusted, we usually encounter two situations: too bright and insufficient brightness. If the brightness is too strong, you can add a strong color of the appropriate hue or simply add black or white to reduce the brightness. Insufficient brightness, you can add some white ink or a light color ink of the appropriate hue to enhance its brightness. For example, we feel that the yellow brightness is too strong, in order to reduce the brightness, you can add a little purple. Finally, adjust the chroma of the oil color. When the color is too strong or too pure, you can add gray or black ink, or add complementary color ink. If the color is too gray, you should add pure strong color ink.

Second, when mixing ink, we must also consider what type of printing machine is used in the printing process.

The performance of each press is different, so there are different issues to be aware of when dispensing ink. For example, when dispensing ink for an offset press, it should be noted that the color of the ink when the sample is expanded is deeper than the original color. Because, when the sample is not subjected to printing pressure, its ink layer is always vain. In the printing, the pressure of the rubber on the paper is great, the ink layer is firm and uniform, and the actual ink amount is less than the extension. The ink layer is thin and the tinting strength is poor.

Third, you must also understand the variety of paper when you are dispensing ink.

The use of loose texture, rough surface paper, capillary adsorption, can increase the ink absorption capacity, should pay attention to increase the amount of ink when dispensing ink. Using a smooth and sturdy paper such as coated paper, the amount of ink used is small. Care should be taken to reduce the amount of ink used to avoid waste.

Fourth, we must also consider the issue of the pressure of the printing press.

The printing press has a large pressure plate and is flat, so that the printed ink layer can be flat and firm, and the printing plate has no flowering phenomenon. The pressure of the machine is small, and the plate is under-stressed, so that the ink layer of the imprinted ink is not floating and is not strong, and the printing plate occurs. Only the amount of ink can be increased to change the state of the bottom of the printing plate. This means that the same plates and papers print more on a machine with less pressure than on a machine with a higher pressure. Therefore, the printing plate with a large plate pressure is generally printed on a circular flattening machine, which is not only beneficial to improving the quality of the product, but also saves ink.

In summary, it is a bit of experience for the printing factory to print and dispense ink, and I hope to discuss it with you.
