1. When the general electro-engraving plate making process cannot achieve the cleaning effect on the small characters below 4Pt, it should be changed to 4Pt or more to prevent the positive characters from becoming thicker during printing, and the negative characters become thinner or more dead. The width of the individual thin lines should not be too thin, generally should be greater than 0.2mm. If laser engraving is used, it can produce clear small characters of about 2Pt, which can be used for some special anti-counterfeiting marks and other products.
2. Some of the plates made by the live parts are large-area solid colors with anti-white small characters, so you need to communicate with the customer, indicating that the depth of the gravure electric engraving and the anti-white small characters of the design are not compatible, ensuring the density in the field. , the anti-white small words are definitely not smooth, and it seems not clear enough. Conversely, if the small text is clear, there is often no guarantee of sufficient depth in the field.
3. The imprinting accuracy of gravure printing can only reach 0.2mm, so the characters and graphics with strokes less than 0.4mm can not be printed by multi-color superposition. It can only be printed with a single ink, otherwise it will easily cause ghosting.
4, small text and pattern hollow printing should use monochrome hollow, it is not suitable to use multi-color superimposed hollow printing, can not use the background color of the photo directly hollowed out printing, for small text and pattern is not suitable for text pattern hollow overprint text pattern .
