The release film powder is a powder release agent, which is mainly used for stripping the photoresist on the screen to recycle the mesh. Product features: soluble in water, aqueous solution can be stored for a long time. The film is clean and quick. Less harmful to the environment. The most significant advantage of using the release film can greatly improve the regeneration rate of the screen and save the mesh, thereby reducing the cost for the enterprise and improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
Therefore, the correct use of the release powder is very important, and its correct use of the main methods should pay attention to the following aspects:
First, the use of the film release ratio:
50 grams of release powder is used in 950 grams of water. After the ratio can be directly coated on the two sides of the screen with a washing brush, or directly soak for 2-5 minutes, and then scrub with a cloth or a special brush to make the photoresist completely fall off. Finally rinse off with water. If it is found that there are still ghosts in the printed area, it can be removed with net oil or ghost remover.
Second, the dissolution of the release film:
1. Take an appropriate amount of the release powder in a beaker and use a glass rod to break the block-shaped release powder.
2. Pour an appropriate amount of distilled water, stir it with a glass rod, and pour the dissolved portion into the container. The above steps can be repeated for the undissolved portion until all is dissolved.
3. Calculate according to the concentration of 3%, add enough amount of distilled water, shake it and use it.
Third, the use of stripping powder
1. Dip a small amount of the stripping solution with a sponge and apply evenly on both sides of the screen. It is best to use a stripping brush to rub back and forth on the surface of the screen until the photosensitive film dissolves and falls off. Flush the screen with a high pressure water jet. Repeat the above steps if necessary.
Some screens (such as already printed screens or long-term storage of water-based screens) will still have a pattern on the mesh (also known as ghost) after stripping. In this case, you should use the ghost liquid to remove the net. The version is rinsed clean.
Note: All chemical products should be tested before use to ensure the effect of use. Waterborne screens that have used hardened water cannot be stripped.
2. First use 100g of stripping powder to add 3-5 liters of water. If the effect is too strong, add water. Remove residual ink and sealant from the mesh. The stripped water is brushed on both sides of the screen until the photoresist dissolves. Rinse with a high pressure water gun.
