1) Round back

2) Oblique book


The temperature of the glue is too high. When the book is closed, the back of the book is not solidified and falls. The temperature of the glue should be adjusted according to the paper quality and seasonal changes. Generally, the temperature is controlled at 160-180 ° C. If the machine speed is too fast, the glue with short curing time should be used and reduced. Machine speed; the book clip opening is too large, should be adjusted to the thickness of the signature plus 15mm, and should also narrow the book aisle, the bar.


3) Book binding, the cut portion is not rectangular


The parallelism and verticality of the solid board and the book holder should be adjusted to make the book back and mouth consistent.


4) The cover is sticky


There is wild rubber on the upper sealing drum, sticking to the cover of the book, the bottom plate of the forming mechanism is glued, and the clamping plates on both sides are glued to seal one and seal four, so the residual glue should be removed frequently, and the silicone rubber should be used to prevent the wild rubber; The rubberizing time of the rubber wheel is too long, and the wild rubber is generated. The rubberizing time should be finely adjusted, and no wild rubber should be generated and the rubber temperature should be moderately lowered.


5) Book cover folds or misplacement


If the book position in the book clip is too high, the position of the solid plate should be increased; if the groove cutter is too high, the position of the groove cutter should be lowered; if the glue temperature is too low, the glue temperature should be raised; the glue stick should have glue, and the glue stick should be adjusted. The gap of the rubber plate is made zero, and the working condition of the heating pipe in the glue stick is checked; if the binding speed is too fast, the machine speed should be lowered and the drying time should be extended before cutting.


6) Bar line

8) The back of the book is cracked or over-squeezed


In the book clip, the book position is low, and the position of the solid plate should be lowered; if the pressure of the upper sealing roller is too large, the spacing between the upper sealing roller and the bottom surface of the book holder body should be 9 mm, and the rubberizing wheel 1 should be glued too much, and the glue should be glued. 9) Open or flip the front of the book


The edge of the milling backing knife is passivated. The sharpening of the cutting edge should be sharpened and the adhesive should be removed frequently. It is best not to use the machine for the processing of the repairing book; if the supporting plate of the milling backing knife is improperly adjusted, it should be re-adjusted.


10) Scattered posts


The depth of the milling back is not enough; the grooves of the groove are not shallow and the groove spacing is improper. The depth of the groove should be about 1.0mm and the spacing should be between 5 and 10mm. The temperature of the hot melt adhesive is too low, lacking fluidity and permeability, and the bonding is not In the case of paper, the glue temperature should be increased according to the paper quality; if the hot melt adhesive is improperly selected, the hot melt adhesive should be selected to be equivalent to the paper weight specification. For the coated paper with high preservation value, the hot melt adhesive process should be avoided as much as possible, or Use the method of first locking the thread and then applying the glue to prevent the scatter.


12) The middle part of the book is not flat


When the book is falling, the difference is too large, and the groove is made on the small joint plate; the glue temperature is too high, so that the back of the book is uneven when it is glued; the groove is not smooth, the paper is not removed, the backing cannot be flat; the milling back is not Sharp, the angle of the blade is not right or the gap between the plate and the plate is too large, causing the milling back to be not smooth, not smooth after the glue; the position of the solid plate is too low, etc., to solve the problem.


13) wide back


The grooved knife support plate is not aligned with the large plane of the book clip body; the upper seal roller is too high, and the pressure on the back of the book is too large; the rubberized rubber wheel 1 is too high, so that the glue penetrates between the pages; the book core is loose and not tied, etc. The milling back is not smooth and rough. Respond to the problem.


14) Wedge shape


The distance between the upper rubber wheel and the bottom of the book clip body is too small, and the position of the rubberizing wheel 1 should be lowered.


15) Uneven film


The height of the side rubber and the primer device are not adjusted properly; the gap between the rubberizing wheel and the scraping rubber plate, the glue stick and the scraping rubber plate is improperly adjusted, and should be re-adjusted; the distance between the glue stick and the book block is not accurate, and the glue is uniform. The rod is not heated well, and the glue stick is not parallel to the back of the book. Respond to the problem.


16) Wedge film


The glue stick is not parallel to the bottom surface of the book clip; the support plate is not parallel to the bottom plane of the book clip. Should be readjusted.


17) There is a gap in the glue layer


There is too little glue in the adhesive device, and the amount of glue should be ensured; if the temperature of the glue is too low, the temperature of the glue should be controlled.


18) Title book cover positioning offset


The cover of the book cover transport chain is not aligned, so that each pair of pull blocks is parallel and perpendicular to the side gauge; the upper seal roller is slightly lower, the cover is not coincident with the back of the book, and the cover is reset after being hit.


19) The cover is not firmly bonded


The machine speed is too fast, the glue has a long opening time, and the hot melt adhesive matching with the machine speed should be used; the small amount of the cover defective book is not cleared; the book back is empty, the support mechanism is improperly adjusted, the support pressure is too small, and the pressure should be increased. The adhesive layer is too thin and the bonding is not strong. The adhesive and the side rubber layer should be thickened.
